Yes, I know. I guess it's just annoying me that they ask her about SNSD in every interview, because Sica's answer is always the same. I mean, what do they want her to say?! She has made it perfectly clear, that she doesn't have hard feelings and that she enjoyed her time in SNSD. Maybe in a few years, people will stop asking about "them".
tbh, more annoying are the ppl on instagram who need to really get it into their heads that she's not in the group anymore and that instagram comments won't change that

lmao OT9 shippers are my favorite things. They always sound so desperate on every single comment that they leave. They are always like "unnie, reunite with the girls soon!!11!!!!!" or on any OT8 picture they are like "it's not complete without jessica!!! ))))): " I'm assuming the people who leave these comments are a max age of 16 and don't understand how the real world works, lol.

I find it strange too. I'm assuming it's because the clothes that she sells aren't what adidas sells (sports wear), but I still find it so strange. Since she is the sole image of Blanc & Eclare you would think most people would associate it with B&E and not another brand (addidas or jestina red). It wouldn't be as weird if she had actual models for the brand that weren't her... but she doesn't. The selling point of her clothes is her. I'm amazed she hasn't tried to recruit Krystal, but maybe SME is blocking that?
I think that if depended on her and the rest of B&E staff, Krystal would be modeling too, but maybe SM thinks that if she doesn, she'll "follow" Jessica's path or whatever. I'm pretty sure if the Jung sisters modeled together for the brand the sales would be way bigger
i love sica but B&E is so mismanaged. i think that she has a lot of yes-sayer around her, people who just say yes to everything she comes up with, even if its a completely fail business-wise. as long as they get their money they dont care about her or the brand. i really want her to become successful but right now it looks like the brand is a flop.
I think the brand has done relatively well for a new brand and she's gotten a lot of money from sales, but her clothes are also like... $65 for a white cotton shirt, lol. And like maybe I would pay for the clothes if they had a real sale (not some 15% of coupon that pays for international shipping, but like some 20%+ off).

The market is so saturated with products already, but on twitter I saw some fan literally buying ALL THE PRODUCTS from it when it was pre-ordering. She's lucky she has a dedicated fanbase who's willing to drop money on everything. She's popular in China and has clearly been doing really well there and I'm glad for her. I really am.
I'm also really curious for reviews on her products as well that aren't the glasses. Everyone seems to have the sunglasses, but nothing else? So I'm just curious.

You just need to look around on twitter to find reviews, to be honest. I've seen a few people review her skin care products, saying that they are really nice, especially the moisturising cream (keeps skin hydrated, but not sticky and doesn't give you pimples or rash is what most reviewers said) and her clothes are generally very well liked. I own two pair of jeans and one shirt from B&E myself and can say that the quality is great and worth what I paid. Also the shipping was really fast!

but thats the point - the only reason why shes successful is because shes soshi's jessica. without her soshi fame she wouldnt sell a single thing. she cant ride on her past fame forever, and thats why i said that the brand is so mismanaged. they completely rely on her soshi-past and her fanbase. she needs to establish herself as an independent artist or take a step back and dedicate her whole time to B&E. but the reason she still get invitations for events, the reason she still get cf deals is because of her past as a soshi member.
I feel like she's more open to spicing up her wardrobe the happier and more content she gets with her life. This is going to be such an interesting year in fashion for her!
Also, it goes with saying that her solo stuff is going to be fantastic. I hope we get more information this month about it.
to think that years ago I thought Jéssica would be one of the members of SNSD that would do nothing after leaving the group (but then again, she wasn't my favorite back then, I just saw the light after)...She became such a grown woman and a role model I love what she's becoming and I can't wait to see more of her mature side
Her and Taeyeon are the only ones that will have a solo career tbh. I think this is very clear from the very start. Taeyeon is meant for the Adele market whereas Sica is a little more versatile and can do dance/pop music.
