Omona's Overlord Preparing for Comback?!

The moment everyone has been waiting for is finally coming. The prophecy is coming full circle. Yes that is right, our overlord Sataen is preparing for his 2nd solo album and comback!

But how do we know? What signs from above have been granted to us? Through the ancient power of Instagram and Twitter and through the prophets we have our answers.




1) Taemin has been spotted in LA.

Thanks to Anetko_br.lee on Instrgram we have photographical evidence of his decent in LA:


But maybe you are thinking this is an old photo or not enough evidence...Well apparently Tae was spotted earlier applying for an American work visa as seen in this Instagram post by jjaminthejar:



“I was applying for American Visa, and I see SHINee Taemin was applying for performance visa ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I’m so surprised to see SHINee Taemin, but the picture it’s the coffee shop” (trans: Joeychencanada).

Granted this needs to be taken with a grain of salt as there is no picture of him in her post BUT this plus all the other evidence points to his return!
2) Dancers tend to have big mouths...

On January 5th a group of dancers... I mean holy apostles.....started posting some interesting things on Instagram. Sadly the posts have been deleted probably due to SM's intervention.



But who is this mysterious k_leeco... in fact he is a choreographer named Leeco who specilizes in popping, locking and MJ like dances. You can see his dance reel here on youtube and some of his free style dancing here. Sounds like a good fit for our Taemin right? Well this so far is just a rumor, these is no confirmation that he is the choreographer in fact there is speculation it could be someone else!

Leeco confirmed these practices on his instagram so far there have been 2:


The Korean man in the pictures with the dancers is J Ho who was in Tae's Danger. Looks like he is back for more! In fact many are saying he might be the true choreographer.
Only time will tell.



We also have a dancer Deante Law a Chicago based dancer who flew into LA to work on Tae's dance. Evidence of this can be found on his instagram. He has been the dancer to interact most with taemints hence why this post was taken down. But seriously he seems super excited, he should ask Jonghyun for some fanboy tips.( Follwoing captures by @healingTaem)





Mr. Law also confirmed the 2 days of practice as seen in his post HERE.
The important thing about this post is his last sentence "Last day before we go on set!!" this would mean that the MV is being made probably as I type this or has already been shot (at least the dancer's part in it) There is no confirmation that Taemin has already been on set or anything of that sort.

Other dancers have also posted about their practices including Craig, and his post hasn't been taken down, you can see it HERE. It is the same picture as before. Although he did tag a fake Taemin on instagram haha.

3) So what can we expect?
Leeco has responded to a shawol confirming we should expect R&B style dancing, this is not a surprise though.
The MV will probably be filmed in LA since it is using so many United States dancers and Tae applied for the work visa.

Fan's are speculating that Taemin will make his comback sometime either from Feburary 14th to March 24th since this is the time of break between SHINee's Japan 2016 Tour. This also gives him enough time to promote his song in Korea during that month before returning to the tour. There is also time after the tour in June but fan's speculate this will be when SHINee prepares for a comeback in Korea together.

With so much speculation in the air there is no telling what the future has in store for our master and savior Lee Taemin! What do you guys think? When will we be graced by our loving and caring overlord?

it's deeeeeef gonna be next month. the timeline (with how long the gap between filming a mv / releasing it works with sm + the break during the tour) fits perfectly and shawols have been speculating it'd happen around then since, like, early december. plus jonghyun made a comment about it on his radio show earlier this week and he keeps on making comments about how his work is going to be "seen on other albums but his own" and taem already basically spilled that jjong wrote another song for him, sooo.

lmao I was wondering when/if this was going to get posted here so thank you OP for such a flawless post.

I'm VERY excited and at the same time kinda anxious about this. He needs to make some splash this time if he wants to have a decent career as a solo artist w/o depending exclusively of fandom so let's see how things turn out for him.
At least they ditched Ian Eastwood and his lame ass choreos. I hope that this Leeco person (if he's the real coreographer) creates something great for him that showcases his abilities as a dancer/performer.

Honestly Leeco's stuff looks awesome! It looks very intense and I think it will be a better git then Eastwood (who is very talented but left me wanting more) check out his freestyle dance video I linked in the post it seems promising.

Yeah I was waiting for it to be posted then figured its a new year I might as well finally make a post. Now I can keep everyone updated. I think I will make the SHINee DxDxD post to since that hasn't happened yet but not tonight lol

no one's really for sure what key's hints were about, tbh. some think it was about taem, but others think it could be something for him specifically or group related because jonghyun made a comment about how we should expect something around february too. some think maybe a group variety or photobook but who knows. i could easily see it being something just for key though like fashion related, another musical (sm is doing newsies this spring / summer, iirc), maybe another season of key's know how.
