I'm not talking about plastic surgery but about personal taste so I can't give you facts. Maybe unnatural is not the appropriate word. Yura face is like too perfect for my taste, it's looks too dollish and then it doesn't call my attention in a way that I would put her in a list of the most beautiful women. I usually consider beautiful someone who catchs my eyes for the "imperfections". I would say the same about a lot other girls on this list, but I was talking only about the korean idols.

not to mention the women on this list...literally have no variety. they're all thin with skinny noses and high cheekbones and full lips etc etc. ethnicity seems to be the only variety we get.
