The Song triplets are leaving 'Superman'

The 2015 KBS Entertainment Awards took placed in KBS Studios on December 26. The awards ceremony was hosted by comedian Shin Dong Yup, singer Sung Si Kyung, and AOA’s Seolhyun.

For the Best Male Entertainer Award under Variety Show category, the nominees were Moon Hee Joon of “Immortal Song,” Song Il Gook of “The Return of Superman,” Jung Joon Young of “2 Days & 1 Night,” Jung Tae Ho of “The Human Condition,” and announcer Jo Woo Jong of “A Look at Myself.”

The award went to Song Il Gook. In his acceptance speech, he commented, “Thanks to all the production crew members of ‘The Return of Superman,’ I was able to be a good dad. We just finished our final taping. Thank you so much for your love for Daehan, Minguk, and Manse.”

Best Variety Show Program nominees chosen by the viewers were “2 Days & 1 Night,” “The Return of Superman,” “Gag Concert,” “Immortal Song,” “Hello Counselor,” and “Happy Together.”

Actress Kim Soo Mi and comedian Park Myung Soo of “A Look at Myself” put on a special stage along with singers Hong Jin Young and producer and singer Yoo Jae Hwan.

There's still the twins and Lee Dongguk's kids to enjoy but the triplets were my fave :(((((((((( They always give me the weepy heartwarming moments. Ilgook is such a great dad and the kids are so well-mannered. I can only hope that my future family would be like theirs :'''( I'll miss them so much :((((

I hope we can still get updates from them from time to time!

I check for Haru updates on IG!!! I heard Jion's dad updates from time to time too. Ilgook's only SNS account is Twitter but he barely updates so I hope with his family leaving he can update us from time to time but I highly doubt it considering the kids are going to kindergarten soon and he has his drama filming ;~;

Me too. I can see pictures of Haru and Jion on instagram but I want to see them in the show. Especially when Sarang is going to Korea, or when they celebrated the show's anniversary.

i think last week's episode (20th december) was perfect in capturing their essence. it was one of my favourites for sure. these babies were actually the highlight of my week, not even kidding, i'm so devastated

Well I guess it's normal to leave one day except for Sarang since she's not living in the country where the show is aired.
I have to admit I skipped their parts recently and I didn't like the robot part.
Anyway they are so cute! I hope they'll always be happy.

ITA I've been snoozing on Sarang's part lately (minus Sunghoon's game) or actually for a while now. I only like her when she has mommy-daughter bonding time with Shiho :(

oops i loved the robot part. i'm a little bit ??? about make believe like that, because what if they wonder why the robot doesn't come back!! but it was a perfect example of their personalities. daehan made my heart all wrinkle ;_;

It was funny with Hwijae because it was short and the twins recognised him but Ilgook made the triplets cry for nothing and I don't see the point to watch your kids like that. Anyway I know he didn't mean it in a bad way.

If you mean them being punished, I think they might have actually thrown tantrums. Ilgook says so when he came to get the chairs. He doesn't seem the type to put them on false punishment just to have a test.

Tbh, it was a good experiment. Usually I think people do them with another person instead of a toy but it's a good way to see how your child perceives you and your actions.
