I think so? This is the only proper synopsis that I've been able to find:

Pure Heart is a tale to adults; it is about people of modern times living in dreary realities who, while listening to the radio, feel sorrow as they fall into the story of a first love experienced. The story will follow friends from a fishing village twenty-three years ago, through a letter delivered amongst many others to a live radio DJ.

kyungsoo is 23. while not an insurmountable difference, it still makes me uneasy because it's so normalized, especially w/a minor girl. (yes, yes blah blah they're actors etc etc).

so it's a '93 to '99er age gap....it really isn't that bad tbh, and considering everything it could be much worse (like the time producers thought it was a good idea to put 14 year old Kim Yoo Jung in a love line with 30 year old Lee Je Hoon, until better sense prevailed and they got an older actress for that part of the storyline), It's the exact same age gap as between Suzy and Kim Soo Hyun circa Dream High, and people really liked those. And this looks like it'll be super chaste anyway.
