The last two episodes were the best for me. Rme at my ugly crying during the entirety of 13 and my screaming during 14. I'm still not getting my hopes up for Taek hes mine anyways.

Deoksun is probably my favourite character, I usually dont like leads but shes such a great kid without being stock "super nice but underappreciated and abused poor girl". The teacher in ep 14 was also a breath of fresh air when it comes to teachers in these shows.

Other characters I like are Moosung, Jinjoo, Miran, Jungbong, and Dongryong esp for that last bit.

Bora isnt growing on me but I'm glad she isnt screaming anymore, I feel bad that she has to deal with Sunwoo though but maybe she likes it?

Which leads me to Sunwoo -- I'm starting to find him insufferable and idek what it is. I get where hes coming from in some parts but others its like.....??? Idk.

Taek's Dad is my favorite Dad, while Junghwan's Mom is my favorite Mom, lol. But really, the parents are awesome in this installment, and I love their interactions and how deeply they care for each other. Just wish we got a little more on Dongryong's family.

ep 13 was so hard to watch. too many memories watching deok sun's mom dealing with the waiting for her diagnosis. was so real...
as always, the adult cast - and their stories, struggles, worries - is what makes this drama. not just their performances are amazing, but the writing for them is really well done. and it's so contrasting when we see the young cast. while one is multi-dimensional and layered, the other is just flat. idk....

this love triangle is so useless. I feel like these last 4 episodes have 0 development from any of them (maybe taek telling deok sun that he likes someone...). it's getting annoying. if you want me to be invested, give me more. only cute moments here and there has a limit to cover zero development. I like the characters individually, but I don't care for them as love interests AT ALL.

was anyone else cracking up laughing at the dramatic music that played when taek was on the news and everyone started running outside???? omg it was too funny. i was ugly crying throughout the whole part where taeks dad was loosing it not knowing if he was ok ;____; and taek's realisation that his dad isn't always the calm collected person he knows.

for sunwoo i was so into him but looking at the irl actor's actions it kinda ruined him for me a little but i'm trying to not let his irl self seep into the drama ugh

the love triangle is so ridiculous now. IDKWTF the writers are doing with JH. I'm happy they didn't try to kill Taek, although his "i can't let you go even if i die.mp3" speech was NAGL!!!!

At least they're finally living DS some character growth. YAS to DY asking DS all the writer questions!!!!!!

SW dad's scenes were soooo good and bad at the same time. Jinjoo is probably getting a new daddy by the end of next week lol

fwiw Taek didn't actually say 'I can't let her go or I'll die', it was sth like 'when she smiles, I feel like I'm dying'.

It's OTT but the kid is a lovesick teenager, and it's way less dramatic/annoying than Deok-sun taking it out on Sun-woo when she found he liked Bora and not her.

Episode 13 ... :( If a character dies it doesn't do much to me but the moment someone reacts to the loss I start crying, even if I knew Taek was alive watching his father suffer made me cry instantly.

I love Deoksun so much. She's probably my favorite heroine of the three Reply installments so far.

Jung-bong and Mi-ok progressed so quickly lmao. I dislike the age difference between the characters, but the actors and writing & directing make the relationship easy to root for... Idk.

Bora and Sunwoo scenes are getting on my nerves oops. I want more Bora and Deoksun sister-bonding scenes.

Also want more focus on Dongryong. He's such an interesting character. Perceptive and insightful, silly, but also so neglected at home. :( I feel like his pain is played off for laughs?? Like he uses humor as a defense mechanism, but I would appreciate the writer properly addressing his loneliness re: his family.

lol ia re: watching a show as it airs. #thestruggle After each episode, I'm on pins and needles for the next one. I'm in so deep it's pretty bad lmao. Idk how I'm going to survive the two-week gap after eps 15 and 16. Plus, knowing the production crew, we'll probably be left with a huge cliffhanger in ep 14. #prayercircle

I can see Deoksun as a nurse - so warm and caring and engaging and capable! Love her to bits. Hope she gets what she wants.

Mte re: Junghwan. Ugh he's testing my patience. D: I love that boy but dude, pleeeaase do something. It's hard b/c I understand his struggle - he doesn't want to hurt either of his best friends or impact the group in a negative way, but this hot-cold and inner pain thing you've got going on right now is just unfair for everyone involved.

The previews are so good at trolling us lol. I told myself not to speculate about what would happen based on the preview, but I'm still doing it anyway. Oops.

I like that the love triangle is taking a backseat because theres soooo much more to this drama than just who DS marries.

altho its frustrating as hell, i just want to see some progress and im left wondering how they'll wrap it all up in the next 6 episodes (granted theyre 1.5 hours long but.. feels rushed).

why are there so many sunwoo/bora scenes, this couple is so uninteresting to me. I like sunwoo as a character but when he's with bora he just brings nothing to the relationship....

the parents are adorable and the best part of this series, i teared up so hard during when taek's dad was having his emotional breakdown.

at this point i am so reluctant to say this, being team JH, but to me his character has barely developed, like i want to see him and DS have real problems and share them together, not just "my foot is sprained, help me walk". but given his personality I guess maybe that's too much to hope for?

also when Taek smiles it's kind of hard to resist, GUHHHHHHH ;~;

the good thing, the other story lines make you almost forget about it. like jungbong ugh he's so cute. but he's so painful to watch when he almost missed his date. so painful. man, that's why we need cellphones.

I don't mind that Jung Hwan's romantic arc has taken a backseat because the previous episodes have been devoted to that and there are other side stories to develop. Thank you Dong Ryong for finally, finally asking Deok Sun to figure out who she really likes. This guy is the smartest one out of the bunch.

He actually went ahead and admitted his feelings to the girl he likes even tho she's terrifying, treats her with respect in the relationship (iirc he's the only Reply male lead to actually ask for permission before a first kiss) and even if he has conflicted feelings about his mom and Taek's dad, he has never once taken it out on his mom, Taek's dad or Taek - he talks to Bora about it instead, which is normal because that's part of what couples do? Share their problems and talk things out.
