3 of the 101 participants of ‘Produce 101′ have left.

Mnet’s ‘Produce 101′ side has stated on the 16th ‘3 ‘Produce 101′ participants have left due to personal reasons. The pre-recording (which was done on the 15th) which will be shown on the 17th on M! Countdown will feature only 98 trainees.’

He added ‘This survival audition show has already been revealed to be called ‘Produce 101′. So, even if 3 have left we will keep this name’.

Well winter break started today and I guess I'm learning all these names. You can tell how hard they want to stand out by some of their videos (that is NOT belly dancing), poor things lmao. I'm putting my bet on Somi, Risa, Yoojung and Haerim getting screen time from this bunch. I found the shout out from their company seniors at the end so cute, but lbr some of them probably didn't have a choice.

Also it's rumoured Mnet spent 4 billion won on all of this.

i am interested in some of these girls but survival shows seem cruel to me idk. trainees getting eliminated like it's no big deal even though they've lost (what might've been) their only chance to debut and their entire adolescence spent preparing for it. i can't even imagine experiencing that emotional strain and i really really hope another baby kara incident won't happen :/
