i wrote down the recipe when i was watching it. so here it is ingredients: scallion ginger 20-25g of flour 30 ml of water 1/2 chinese yam cuz those things r long 1 radish 1 chinese cabbage 1 egg slices of beef
1. dice the chinese cabbage 2. grate the chinese yam into paste 3. mix yam egg, diced cabbage, then add in flour and water and mix until it's even 4. cut the scallions and ginger and add it into the cabbage egg mix 5. oil on pan, add the cabbage egg mix in the center, close the lid and cook for 3 minutes 6. add beef slices on top, drizzle olive oil over it, close the lid and fry for another 3 minutes 7. flip it, close lid and fry 8. flip it again so the side with the beef slices are on top and add cheese, close lid and cook 9. cut the radish 10. take it out of the pan, add condiments (looks like okonomiyaki/worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise) and radish as garnish
naw its cool. lol im just happy to find another chinese learner, most people are intimidated by it. Although one thing I cant stand is writing, its my weakness :(. I easily forget characters unless i am typing/texting or speaking and can actually see them.
This winter break my goal is to practice writing at least 2 hours a day but we will see how that goes XD
