I mean, I kinda like the song but it's SO obvious that are were crafted with EXO as a model, for now they don't seem to have their own identity which is a pity.

I would never have guessed they would launch a new group so soon after N.Flying. Makes me feel sad for Kwang Jin, he was a trainee for ages, couldn't debut with CNBLUE, and now his own group is already forgotten ? Please FNC at least TRY to promote N.Flying a little bit.

FNC stopped caring about their groups having identities the moment they stopped promoting AOA as 8 members and gave the dance unit to Brave Brothers tbh

It depends? The general public didn't care about EXO at first and a year later they blew up and they're now a "wall".

Yeah but I think people consider everything that's not being popular with the public "a failure". You can have a decently sized fanbase but the average person would consider you a failure if you don't have at least a couple of hits with the mainstream public from what I've seen.

And yeah, EXO is from SM but for example BTS started doing horribly in charts and since the comeback before this one (april 2015) they're doing pretty decently in digital charts. Iirc Block B was also a "late bloomer" and they didn't started to chart well until their 2nd-3rd year.

I think in general it's very difficult for any group male or female to hit big right away. Groups like Gfriend are an exception, even amongst Big 3 groups.

FNC needs new cash cows once FT and CN enlisted. 70% of their income coming from both group overseas tours and they do almost 40 concerts per year for each group. you guys do the math.
these boys are super young and my noona instinct tell me that i what to protect them from the big bad world lol
