SM Entertainment boy group EXO has proven time and time again that they're truly world stars with their immense popularity, and this time they've showcased their fame once again by making onto Tumblr's 'Most Reblogged Songs of the Year' list as the only K-pop artist to do so!

In fact, not one, but TWO of EXO's hits from this year has made it onto the year-end list, sitting pretty at number 11 with 'Love Me Right' and 'Call Me Baby' at 12th! EXO has made it onto Tumblr's list amongst world-class acts such as Bruno Mars, Drake, Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, One Direction, and more.

EXO is taking over the world, starting with the US





We are super stoked report that EXO has secured a banner spot on the homepage of the American iTunes store.

The group’s latest album “Sing For You” was promoted on the main home page, testifying to the popularity of the group in the United States.

The artist on iTunes’s main page is selected by the company and reflects the taste of the nation as well as artists that iTunes independently wants to promote. Thus the feat makes it more meaningful.

The boys are of course off to the United States in February for a tour. We are expecting big things from “EXO from EXO Plane #2” tour.


EXO Slays On iTunes Charts Across the Globe



This should come as a surprise to no one, but EXO is killing the iTunes charts around the world with the release of their special winter album, “Sing For You.”

On the day of its release, “Sing For You” ranked at No. 13 on the Worldwide iTunes Chart, and topped out at the No. 1 spot in Thailand, Hong Kong, Macao, and Vietnam. It ranked at No. 3 in Japan, Finland, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, and No. 7 in Sweden and Turkey.

Not only that, but it also topped the Pop Albums category in five countries and the K-Pop Albums category in 10 countries. In addition, the album was featured on the Apple Music homepage in both the United States and in Japan.

Meanwhile, EXO is set to make their first comeback stage on December 12 on MBC‘s “Music Core.”

I was pleasantly surprised when I found that! Now I can keep track of what's popular with American Kpop fans~ (GOT7, BTS, Exo, and Seventeen basically lol).

Apparently Zutter and Let's Not Fall in Love are the only Big Bang songs charting, though, which doesn't make sense when you look at all the older songs that are...

since the chart is new for kpop, i think it's only counting the purchases made from the us store since it launched. so like 2 or 3 weeks worth of purchases? if they showed a chart from all of 2015, i think we'd see an entirely different list.
