AOA’s Choa Revealed to Be Preparing for Solo Project

AOA’s Choa has been revealed to be preparing to release a solo track.

It appears as though she is in the final stages of preparations. She has already filmed a music video in Paju, Gyeonggido. After completing the final touches, her solo song is planned for release around mid-December. Rather than a solo debut, this will be classified as a solo project as there will be no album. Furthermore, this song will not be produced by her agency FNC Entertainment but rather a separate production company.

An insider present at the filming of the music video stated, “Choa’s tone, which has not been showcased while being a girl group member, was impressive. It is a sad ballad that is great to listen to during winter.”

While being AOA’s main vocalist, Choa received the spotlight for her beautiful voice when she appeared on MBC’s “King of Mask Singer” in September. She received much praise for her skills in expressing emotion while singing.
