Minghao is getting more and more outgoing on camera, it's really something to behold. He talks more than Jun and Wonwoo these days. I thought it was hilarious that he was so formal about interrupting Seungkwan, though, I guess since this time it's probably at least semi-scripted, as opposed to something like Andromeda. Still though, child, the amount of times Seungkwan's interrupted you, you better get that screen time.
I can't believe that some people think he's the deadweight of the group. He's kinda introverted yeah but he's still adorable and a member of the performance unit.
lolwat, in what world is he dead weight. I don't think anyone in that group is dead weight, everyone gives 100% (is my bias for Seventeen showing yet?)
lol I don't think there are deadweights either but there were people saying it in the flop awards nomination and I've seen people on other sites saying that China line was useless as well. There's always nasty people but you know, that's "entertaining" for people here.
lol @ the idea of Chine line being useless. Aside from their talents, Minghao is also probably one of the most adorable and genuine people in the whole group. I'm glad that he's becoming more confident with his Korean, I think it's cute how sometimes he doesn't know words to things and the members help him out. I'm really glad that so far there doesn't seem to be any sort of teasing of the non-Korean members and that they're all genuinely being helped out when they run in to trouble.
I've noticed that, even since way before Seventeen debuted, that there's a level of derision that a lot of people have for large groups that I'll never understand. Like I get it if someone can't remember all the names, but honestly that sounds like a personal issue to me, no need to adopt this condescending attitude like large groups are just SOOOO unnecessary.
Especially since Seventeen really exemplify, for me, how there really is strength in numbers, and the reason for that is because there is no dead weight. Their MAMA stage felt like like a musical spectacular even with the short time they were given.
I do love smaller groups, but like it or not there are things that big groups can achieve on stage (and off stage as well) that smaller groups just can't no matter how good of performers they are.
I agree, I don't mean to say Jeonghan is the only confident one but just that bc Minghao and him have been close on broadcast lately, that's why I made that comment lol.
Mingyu in general just exudes confidence. But even he, as the self-acknowledged one top visual, ranked himslef below Jeonghan's looks. So that says something lol

the diamond struggle is real. I really hope they announce a fanclub name at their concert, I'm really curious as to what they're going to go with. I think Vernon mentioned Eighteen during that Q&A video and it kind of makes sense? 13 members, 3 units, one group, and then the fans. That makes eighteen.

seungkwan is so funny and cute. I wish this show was longer but I feel like every ep after this will be like it, which is disappointing. scoops, jeonghan, and joshua sitting together is the content i'm here for.
