Debut of yet another boyband?

There have been speculations that uljjang actor Seo MinWoo will make a singer debut.

Earlier this year, he was also the main character to Seo Taiji’s blockbuster MV ‘Human Dream’ together with child actor Yoo ChangHyun.

And recently on his minihompy, he posted up photos taken together with other trainees. There was one particular photo, showing him posing with 4 other individuals, which sparked off netizens’ interests on whether this meant the debut of another upcoming boyband.

Seo MinWoo have appeared in dramas and movies like ‘King and I’ in 2008 and ‘The Longest 24 months’.

Netizens comment:

* “Does this means he is debuting as a 5-member boyband?”
* “I like actor Seo MinWoo, but it would be great if he debuts as singer”
* “When is he debuting as singer”
* “I hope he debuts as singer fast”
* “I thought this photo is just taken when he was preparing to debut as Jumper”

It was known that Seo MinWoo was supposed to debut as part of Jumper, with singer Andy as the producer.

Seo MinWoo wrote on him minihompy, “Now it feels like we are almost there. The moment I show a different side of me”.

I have never been real fond of the uljjang scene. I think it's a little weird how easily an uljjang can jump from taking awkward myspace pics to showbiz, with no regard to talent or experience. And before anybody says it, I don't think that it's the korean equivalent to a myspace queen, because A) myspace queens are so 2004 and B) audrey fucking kitching and co. are fucking disgusting and will never amount to anything.
