I hadn't seen the 2NE1 performance yet, got goosebumps when Minzy emerged and then again when she did the splits. That girl is so talented and has every bit as much stage presence as CL, I really don't know why YG keeps her in the dungeon :/

I guess you and I both want different things from award shows, because I wanna see performances with fun stages and interesting stuff, not four performances, one really cool one, and a bunch of staged bullshit that is always two girls fighting over some shit, and someone making out "unexpectedly."

Kinda??? I prefer performances over endless talking too but idk there is something awkward about awards like the MAMAs to me... Perhaps because every Kpop idol and their fanbase are there with the occassional lost foreign celebrity and it feels like a cult gathering?! I can't put it into words lmao

I get that, I can see that if you're talking about like the way the fan bases work it. But from an outsiders perspective that probably is watching her first mama like lorde I think that korean awards shows still offer way more because performances > endless talking you get from american shows at least.

This wasn't the best mama for sure, but generally I think Asian award shows still offer more.

It's sad to see that Bom did more crap to her face, i watched the performance because it's been so long since they've been on a stage together and i cringed at the idea of Bom not being able to stop going under the knife, she keeps getting more and more deformed over time, she needs help.
