Song Joong Ki’s agency updates fans on his injury

While it was reported that actor Song Joong Ki suffered injuries while filming his upcoming drama “Descendants of the Sun,” his agency has responded to update his fans on how he’s doing.

On November 27, Song Joong Ki’s agency Blossom Entertainment stated, “He suffered injuries on his arm and leg and is currently receiving treatment in the hospital. We have not decided when he will be able to return to the filming set yet. We are looking at his condition and will decide accordingly.”

It continued, “Filming of ‘Descendants of the Sun’ is going well otherwise. [His injury] does not impact the filming schedule.”

And they're still filming? I thought they were done with Greece in October...but thank god they were filming so far in advance bc I can't imagine how bad it would be if this happened during a drama that planned to live shoot (like Lee Yoobi's slipped disc on the Scholar Who Walks The Night set + her returning to work 2 weeks later, smdh). At least SJK looks like he'll get the time to recover.

Oh gosh, I hope he gets better soon. I feel like even though they are filming ahead of time they have still been behind schedule and rushing a bit. I thought the drama was supposed to finish being filmed soon so it could be done on time to go through China?
