Another lawsuit won by JYJ's Junsu

The prosecutors’ office has rejected allegations that boy group JYJ’s Junsu has conducted fraudulent business activities, his lawyer said on Tuesday.
Yoo Hyun-joo, a lawyer from KeumSeong, released the statement on Tuesday, saying, “The prosecution dropped the charges against Junsu,” adding, the prosecution charged the accuser, surnamed Kim, without detention for making false claims.
In November, two construction companies, in charge of building Toscana hotel located on Jejudo Island, sued Junsu for fraud. They said the singer borrowed money from them after writing promissory notes but did not repay. [Read about this in more detail here.]
Junsu’s agency refuted their claims, saying, “Although it is true that he wrote the promissory notes, he did it only for accounting purposes.”
The singer’s agency then countersued the companies for embezzling the materials cost and defamation.

These construction companies are dumb and greedy as eff! Not only did Junsu pay all of the fees for the construction of Toscana, he had actually OVERPAID by freaking $6.8 million U.S. dollars, and it was found out because of the lawsuit they themselves initiated. Let's see how you get out of this, corrupt imbeciles. You show them, Junsu!

Date: 2015-11-18 03:15 am (UTC)It's interesting how quickly it became clear that Junsu's side had been totally diligent, responsible, and professional every step of the way. Went above and beyond to prevent any problems. And these construction jackasses were not only stupid enough to use shitty business tactics, but also tried to use them against a really high profile person to reap even more, AND apparently didn't do their homework on said high profile person who has already been through the legal-issue gauntlet multiple times and come out of it golden.
They done goofed.
Makes me wonder if these companies have embezzled people before and gotten away with it. Hopefully Junsu's side can skewer them so they'll never hurt anyone else.
