thats when i got into them but they are so much better in recent ones and also older ones. i think in one more they were like that because they felt discouraged - their lyrics were changed, dance was changed, song was banned etc

not gonna lie though, they released a mini album earlier this year that was pretty quality for a group i'd consider d-list. i listened to that thing on repeat.

they put too much focus on that one girl and i get she's the most popular one but she has like ZERO stage presence. fiestar has always has pretty solid title singles but i feel like they were always missing that SOMETHING and i think the stage presence might be it.

hopefully yezi's newfound success will become the thing to push them over.

omg yeah that's so true! i mean, for someone who's supposed to be the face she's so painfully bland. beyond being pretty she doesn't have any sort of personality or particular talent so she cant bring fiestar the attention they need.

yezi has a more fiercely distinctive personality and obvious talent. it'll do waaaaaaaaaaaay more for fiestar than jei ever did.

but i feel like this really all comes down to their management. and if it's done right, with yezi doing solo promotions and then following up soon after with a full fiestar comeback i think it will do WONDERS for their popularity.
