They told at the beginning that going on this show was funny for them because none of them could speak English lol
Nayeon seemed to be able to catch quite a few words she might be the on with the best level and/or learning it :)

None of them are fluent speakers, though Nayeon has been giving the English greetings on their shows so far. From the video, she shows the best understanding and it seems like Jungyeon can understand a little. Sana and Mina supposedly were born/spent some time in English speaking countries but we haven't heard any English from them.

The guy leading the radio talk did a good job, it seems, even though there must be infos lost in translation. Guess I'll be checking their guests more often !

He's half British half Korean, but I think he grew up in Britain. Isn't his British accent sexy? lol

Nayeon seems promising, Sam complemented her 'th' sound which is something some people find difficult to pronounce well. Hopefully she'll get to practice more and be more confident in speaking in English.

I've been in the UK for quite a while and I usually find this whole accent thing overrated but he was so charming!! A refreshing change from most Korean english speakers who have American accents.

And don't worry our very unashamed Nayeon is definitely trying. She has been giving the English greeting to viewers a few times now (The Show, ASC, Twitter Fanchat). She also seems interested to learn and focused when he's speaking English.

I can see JYP Ent pushing some of the Korean line to learn English, it always comes in handy to have a member able to speak English (and they have Japanese and Mandarin already). Hopefully Nayeon will feel confident next time!
Jeongyeon could be studying English too, she was looking in Sam's direction as if she was trying to pick up words

Yes he translates and summarises lol, so we don't get to hear a lot of the small quips when other girls chip in. I can mostly understand their Korean so I'd say it's been pretty accurate but if there's anything you'd like to know I can try to explain (for instance, Chaeyoung says not really the whole day exactly she'd wake up intermittently but Jungyeon says she doesn't get up to eat so there's a just a bit more cute details). Sam I feel does a bit better than Benji from B.I.G. on their other Arirang radio program though, I could be biased towards his British accent... :P

He can't be translating everything, there a moment by the end when they talked and laughed a lot (I don't remember exactly?) and he has to make choices, but it seems that he's good at picking up the most important facts and make it easy following the show without loosing dynamics !
And yes the British accent <3 I didn't notice it when I heard it, maybe because it's the accent I hear the most (I learned British English and am looking at more BBC shows than American ones) but everytime he was switching back to English I couldn't help but thinking "damn it I love his voice and his English" lol

Yes I think she was born in America, she still has relatives/houses (?) over there. Her mum replied on instagram that she does know some English, "a little" :)
