If they banned that choreo, they'd have to ban a lot more - Stellar, for instance. Even the toned down version of Vibrato is just as bad.

As far as the lyrics - my guess would be the ban hammer people don't speak good enough English to understand the connotation/it sounds more innocent in Korean. For the reverse, see "Under my skin".
