1. EVERYONE PILES BACK INTO THE COURTROOM FOR THE FOURTH HEARING IN THIS ONGOING SAGA

Legal representatives for Kim Hyun Joong and his ex-girlfriend returned to court for a fourth hearing on October 30.

During the session, which was closed to the public, the legal team for his ex-lover presented further evidence to support their claims.

The ex-lover of the "Boys Over Flowers" star reportedly delivered a healthy baby in September 2015. While the sex and paternity of the child have yet to be revealed, lawyers for his ex-girlfriend commented on the wellbeing of the baby. According to her lawye
r, both his former lover and alleged child are doing well.

An article published by Star News hlighted several points from the latest session of the contentious legal battle and provided statements from representatives for his ex-girlfriend.

"We brought in new evidence, this time," said the legal representative for his ex-lover. "It appears we will be ready for the final argument, today."

Further developments in the case include terms which could force both the idol-turned-actor and his ex-girlfriend to attend future hearings.

"If required, Miss A is willing to attend as a witness, as well," said a representative from her legal team.

Her lawyer went on to state that the former couple continues to disagree on several issues, including the details surrounding the paternity of their alleged child.

"Soon, the paternity results will be revealed in Seoul Family Court," said the lawyer for Kim's ex-lover.

The on-going legal battle involving the former SS501 member and his ex-girlfriend began on August 21, 2014, when she allegedly filed domestic violence charges against the star.

Meanwhile, Kim continues his mandatory military service. He reportedly filed for a leave period for the first time since enlisting.

2. NEW EVIDENCE CONTINUES TO EMERGE AS FOURTH COURT HEARING BRINGS NO RESOLUTION

South Korean actor Kim Hyun Joong and his ex-girlfriend Ms Choi once again failed to settle their dispute after the fourth round of court hearing, which was held at the Seoul Central District Court recently.

Before entering the court, the legal representatives of both the parties met media personnel and blamed their rivals. While Choi's defence attorney Sun Jong Moon informed the reporters that they have new evidence against the actor, Hyun Joong's lawyer Lee Jae Man claimed that Ms Choi is not sure about his client's blood group and that's why she is not revealing the information about her new born baby.

Meanwhile, lawyer Jong Moon revealed that his client and her baby are doing well. "It seems we'll be ready for the final argument today. Ms. Choi is doing well after giving birth. The child is also growing well," quoted as saying.

Although the South Korean actor, his former lover and their legal representatives were tight-lipped after the court hearing, reports suggest that Ms Choi had plans to settle the dispute with Hyun Joong. She contacted his lawyer and informed him that it's a baby boy.

"You've not yet seen the baby, but I have a photo. The baby looks just like Kim Hyun Joong. Shall I send you the photo?" she added.

However, the 29-year-old actor's father declined the offer. He revealed that they wish to receive the new born's DNA test results and confirm his fatherhood before seeing the baby, according to Soompi.

The legal dispute between Joong and his former lover Choi began in May 2014, after she filed an assault case against him and also cited emotional distress.

I had a feeling, it was weird that A was suing four child support instead of just demanding it.

I'll catch flak for this, for sure. She is taking it too far. Hyun Joong and his father are correct in my eyes for doing what they're doing.  Without a sure DNA match, even I wouldn't put out. Nor do I need pictures if you can'T prove he is my grandson.

She filed the domestic violence case AFTER he broke up with her.  Even claiming that she lost a child due to his shittiness. I'm not discounting he's an ass. He is!!! Never liked his too good looking arrogant ass.

However, she told him and the media that she was pregnant again AFTER he said, buh-bye! See ya!!! 

My guess?!?! Not his kid, but she wants to hold on to him she's willing to do anything, even ruin him and his livelihood.

That's not the timeline though. IIRC He made nice to her and acted like he wanted them to get back together in an effort to get her to drop the charges or change her testimony about the beatings, and during that time she thought he was sincere and they had unprotected sex. Then they broke up for good, then she discovered she was pregnant.
