also, f(x) are literally slaying the physical sales game. it's impressive.
f(x)'s #4Walls (https://twitter.com/hashtag/4Walls?src=hash) becomes their most sold album, surpassing Pink Tape (64.2k) Hanteo💿 album sales.

I don't know if Krystal wants to leave f(x) and SM as badly as people assume? She'd be more than justified considering how her sister was treated, don't get me wrong, but I think she likes being in the entertainment industry more than people realize. And when f(x) was in limbo presumed dead she could have gone off to act in dramas, she seems to get high profile roles easily (I mean I love her but she's no Meryl Streep). When she says they've been "continuously planning" the concert but it kept getting pushed back it sounds like she feels strongly about the group, unless she was coached to say that. Idk, call me delusional, I think f(x) may survive contract renewal
Definitely. I'd be a little heartbroken because they're one of my favorite groups, but if they're ready to move on with their lives and careers it's their call. Inevitably there are going to be butthurt fans looking for someone to scapegoat (probably Krystal, maybe Victoria just for being Chinese, ~the traitor race~) but they'll shut up sooner or later.
Previously i think she would be but during this comeback she looks so happy. Those everysing shots really shows how playful she is although she is a shy young lady
ITA Mainly because Krystal and Jess had/have very different careers/experiences. Jess had to cut off half her chin for a second lead role (rumour) while Krystal just has to wait for SME to hand her a lead role, Jess was getting the cold shoulder from her leader while Krystal calls her leader "Mom", Jess was overworked for 7 years straight while f(x) barely promotes for a month per year lol
People say she looks bored in f(x) promos, but I truly think she likes the group/music.
I think Krystal definitely has been loving the concepts since Pink Tape. She posted her images from the pink tape era when she first got instagram, so I def think she enjoys it since it fits her ~aesthetic.
Also, I do feel bad for Jess. Her interview for Marie Claire actually broke my heart when she was like: There were so many times I could of given up and I didn't. She's been through a lot more since she was part of "the nations girl group". Also, I feel like Krystal was always overhshadowed/babied: Oh, she's Jessica's little sister, so we need to protect her.
I kinda agree. Every now and then I join in with the 'f(x) as SM's redheaded step-child' chorus, but I've also argued that, at least for Krystal, who's also juggling an acting career, Sungkyunkwan University, anemia, and an aversion to too much publicity, f(x)'s low-key promotion schedule is probably preferable, for the most part. However, members like Luna & Amber might very well disagree on that. And of course, I mean low-key by SM's standards - lest one forget, she was overworked to the point of fainting practically onstage last year (and that wasn't even the first time!!).
But they get to come out once a year for about a month + assorted concerts with increasingly sophisticated, hipster concepts & high-quality pop music; then she mostly focuses on school, CFs/photoshoots to bring in the moola + about one acting project per year. Add onto that - like you said - her different experience with her group/management....also, she probably has more leverage within SM as one of the idol world's consistent, undisputed "It" girls (significantly, she's popular in the Chinese market too; hence, the upcoming Lay/Krystal movie), which might help her negotiate a very advantageous 2-3 year contract next time (from a company that absolutely bungled things with her sister and is anxious to keep her and any potentially-lucrative-in-China asset).
I wouldn't blame her one bit if she peaced out of SM, though. You can never totally trust them, especially considering what they pulled with Jessica after luring her to resign.
mte! i think people confuse her personality with her feelings abt the group like just bc she's not the kind of person to go around talking about how much she loves f(x) and the fans and all that, doesn't mean she doesn't. she seems perfectly happy on stage at least for this comeback and f(x) seem like a group that really like each other and are happy together
she's not perfect, but i feel like there's a certain vulnerability to her and her being 'visually aloof/cold-looking' makes it easier for people to target her just for the littlest things. she's a good person, and has gone through very tough and stressful situations, so i hope moving forward she'll only experience positive things <3

I always thing that she is just awkward with strangers. After watching JeKry it further cemented my beliefs. She is just a shy and misunderstood girl that is all =)). Am glad that she looks happy now. I was hoping there would be JeKry season 2. But since the incident with Jessica i don't think there will be although there were some claims that there will be season 2...
I honestly see Krystal happier. I know many people are saying she'll be the first to leave (and I guess I kinda understand) but as much as she loves her sister, she's also her own person and she's had different experience with her career. She obviously loves her group, and judging by these promotions she seems to really want to stay with f(x). in her comeback stage I really saw her and the rest like they really missed performing. I can't wait for their concert!

Do you know what role Jess had to fight to get?
