Let's see...I'm going to Disneyland tomorrow, then planning to go to Universal Halloween Horror Nights next weekend HAHA -__- I wonder if they stay open an hour extra because of DST.

are you from soCal? everyone refers to Horror Nights as the most scary Halloween event you can go to (in SoCal) bc Universal is a Movie Studio and has really good makeup and effects. You'll probably have a lot of fun regardless~ everyone I know who has gone said it was amazing and completely worth it!

everything good? today I saw something weird/differentf on the subway. a lady was Reading a bilble, almost finishing (don't people say that Reading a whole bible brings bad luck?) and out of no where she starts singing about God, pretending she has a guitar. and then DRUM SOLO! I kid you not! She grabbed two pens and started making the rythm on the bible.

hello fellow omonians i hope everyone is doing well.

i'm trying to force myself to go back to the gym. i haven't been in so long. i was doing so well working out, eating right, and losing weight and then my hours went up at work so i've only been working non-stop and i'm just so tired by the time i get home.

i love halloween but i've never celebrated it properly since it's not very big over here. we used to put together small parties at school and everyone got dressed up, at least until the last couple of years of high school when they all started thinking it's ~lame~ so we stopped. now i'm just enjoying the idea of halloween on the internet lol

a customer came into my work the other day and after our small talk of me telling her my major, she gave me her business card saying that she was the director of an academy and said if i was interested in being a teacher's aide/assistant teacher, to give her a call so i can set up an appointment ;u;

also i'm not even sure what i'm doing on halloween! i'm scheduled to work, but i have a high chance of being called not to go in if it's not busy. i really wanted to dress up as harley quinn a la suicide squad but i need to find the right outfit that's still appropriate ;~; if worse comes to worse, i'll probably be a doll like i was last year ;u;

I haven't slept in 39 hours because of my flight to Japan after a super tiring day at work. Couldn't fall asleep once I got to my hostel, despite being exhausted.

Oh well, I look forward to my day here (currently it's 6am). Will do a bit of sight seeing + lunch and dinner with JYJ fans, and Junsu's concert in between. Hell yeah!

Minor moment of tooting my own horn –

Boss is going on paternity leave sometime in December and has been slowly pulling back while I and one other coworker are learning to cover his duties. Yesterday was the first time I went to one of the weekly manager meetings – which is basically all the bosses from the district, as well as the district and area presidents, brainstorming How To Do Better, especially in regards to our yearly compliance audit coming up next quarter. I’d never been to one of these before, and my boss was out on PTO so I couldn’t ask what to expect. Add onto that a nasty sore throat messing with my voice, and I was more than a little nervous.

Was told by several different people that they were very impressed with how I handled myself – one said that based on my participation, she was surprised to hear that I wasn’t already in the manager role – the coordinator/compliance manager sat down with me afterward and asked me about my career plans, and my boss said he came back today to find multiple emails from his peers and the /district manager/ saying that they were really impressed with me yesterday.

So I’m kinda feeling pretty awesome right now, and I know bragging to anyone at work is a Very Bad Idea but I needed to get that out of my system. :P

An an photoshoots are really nice tbh. I am not talking about the sex ones lol (this year this kisumai guy tho didn't look awkward at least). Whenever I see scans of the normal ones they kinda mostly seem my style and are pretty overall.
