the snippets are doing a horribly awful job teasing people into buying it imo. whatever they've used doesn't give that "we are one" vibe, when that's what they should try to sell now that three is out and we're left wondering whether these ppl's relationship is otherwise intact or (gasp) just another marketing ploy. like i know it's a tactic, but pls sell it better -- kind of thing? as shitty box one was, i was still tempted to buy it. with this teaser, man, i should save up the money for my next emotional breakdown, i'm gonna need them to buy boxes of donuts instead.

idk why they want to split them up into little groups and pairs when most fans just want to see them being dumb and having fun as 9 all together. SM is doing a terrible job of keeping that semblance of a feel good group vibe alive. at least show fans that the boys still have a little bit of fun as a group while living their hectic lives. :(

Can we talk about how Lay is not participating on the Japanese Dome tour at all because of "schedule conflicts"? These shows have been announced 6 months ago, I guess now we have proof of where his priorities really lie at. Idc if he leaves, but i hate that him and Tao kept feeding the fans with hope and sweet words when they were/are just waiting for the right time to bail, tbh

iirc he was cast in a chinese movie right? and seeing how SM is in desperate need of good press in China, they might need him to promote there.
And he's bound by contract for that movie anyway.

he has a movie coming out on the 6th, so that might be it. but i think the concerts were announced before the movie. i don't even know. SM's strategies are all over the place so i can't say anything. plus, he manages himself in china and i don't think sm has much of a say. it's going to be a mess

I dont see how it can not be his choice? Like, he knew about this tour, with dates and all, at least since May. If he is the one responsible for his studio in China, like they bragged about when it was set up for him, I dont see how he doesn't have any say on what projects he gets. Plus, its their first Tokyo Dome concert, one would think that that is more important than solo schedules, but maybe thats just me /shrug

Idk what is the conflict, i never really followed his solo stuff... But i dont see what SME gets out of not having him there, though? Why would they do all that to smear his credibility when he is still with the group? Unless he really wants out and they are trying to kill his fandom while they can, idk

Worst thing is that i have a friend flying from Spain just to see him for the first time... If he was sick, id totally get him not going up on stage. But he's not participating in ANY of the shows, its a 16 day period and he cant be there for even one of them?! I smell bullshit, tbh

Maybe he's fighting for something and this is SM hard way of "punishing" him? Like you don't be playing our ways?We'll make you seem like total ass. In that case SM must believe in general strenght of Exo/next scandal-leave not affecting the group anymore etc. and honestly after what they did with Jessica it looks like some of their executives must mind more value of their own power than group/comapny image.
We can speculate and then it will turn out that somebody fucked while signing papers and eventual damaged paid for skipping the movie promo is so high that Yixing can't bail out ala KSH and JJH with that water commercial lol
Like few years with keeping up with kpop and I believe that literally everything is possible;P

Like I would believe easier&faster if it was some other member (that the guilt lies on that particular person)bc it looks totally out of character for Lay, years of buliding that "I'm super good for fans/Exo is very important to me" (something that wasn't there with any other guy from china line actually) image and to fuck it up like this just now?

Yeah, I know he's missing a lot but I've never seen people roastin him over it, but now it may be kinda ugly bc the occasion is really big? Like maybe he was able to pour enough of that faithfullness souce all over that nobody cared before + it's not like he the first idol to skip group promo, I just feel the shit coming now kinda.

i know, it's kind of worrying because it's an important schedule :/ but i mean yixing is REALLY busy, he's always flying back and forth from china to korea. it looks like he's always at the airport, i mean he tries to balance his exo and personal schedules, but it doesnt work. i mean it's better if he skips the dome tour rather than him being there but looking like he's going to pass out on the stage.
