idk, I remember that rumor from an insider or something (that was posted here too) saying that Taeyeon would have her solo in october, Tiffany in november and TTS would have a comeback in december and so far, Taeyeon coming on october has been true, so...
But yeah, it's def weird that aside from that there haven't been any other rumor or speculation about Tiffany's solo, unless she's releasing it after Taemin or in early december.
