IA, episode 9 was the first time I began to warm Ji Sung-Joon. I can't wait for Ha-Ri to come clean about her identity, I don't know how much longer I can watch her walk around with these stomach cramps. I was actually fuming when I realised there wasn't going to be an episode 10 out this week, I didn't think I cared THAT much but it really through me off hahaha I was refreshing it continuously for about 2 days

Seeing baby Sung Joon talk to adult Hyejin makes me wish the rest of the episodes continued that way. The kid actor just makes everything better for me.

I hate to say I didn't know anything about Siwon before this show but his character just makes me want to kidnap him and eat convenience shop snacks and play dumb games.

idc I still hate Sung Joon.
and I hate that scene where Hyejin stand up for Sung Joon and say things like stop jumping into conclusion we don't know what he's going through in his personal life!11 That exactly what Sung Joon doing to his employee before when she show up late because her car broke down, he told her that her personal matter should not disturb her professional work .The employee just mirroring what Sung Joon been preaching. You reap what you sow. Why the fuck the employee should care what he's going through in real life when he never extended the same courtesy to them.
I love this drama but the male lead and the plot holes getting on my nerves. I don't get why Hyejin fall for him? He's nothing but being an asshole to her. When he change, he start treating her like an equal. Calling her by her name, thanking her for her hard work, etc. Did she feel touched?? That's nothing. That's what he's supposed to do to another human being in the first place. Gurl work on your self worth plz!
Why can't the writer just make the male lead a decent guy from the get go so they don't have to go through all this hoops to explain all his asshole behavior. Look here viewer he's a lonely boy with wounded soul but secretly has a heart of gold. He's misunderstood. Love him. He's your hero.

Ep 9 felt like pure filler, but I'm happy about how the transformation came about. Especially when she admitted that she always could have looked this way but she didn't have the money to waste on things like makeup and fashion: so realistic!

HR better not get a happy ending, I need her to truly feel the consequences of her betrayal.

The otp is adorable, but Korea seems to really like Siwon's role so I'm worried he might end up being end game. Which is ridiculous lol

I was unbelievably upset at the end of episode 8 when Hyejin came in with the makeover lol. I felt so betrayed, idk. But hearing that she did it for herself, for her family, for her confidence I was like ok that's better. I do like that when she's home she takes off her makeup and her freckles show again.

yeah the makeover made me kind of sad. She looked fine before and I don't really like the message it's sending but, as you said, she did it mostly for herself and not necessarily for Sung joon. Fortunately the freckles still make an appearance tho I'm mourning her curly hair..:p

I'm finally warming up to Sung Joon. He's been a bit better these past few episodes. I wish he hadn't been such an ass at the beginning but whelp you can't have everything.

I'm curious to see how things will go. Hari's made a big mess of things. And I'm worried about her friendship with Hye Jin. It was so precious, I don't want it to get ruined. Hye jin is a really forgiving sort of person tho so I still have some hope.
