the entire thing was delayed forty minutes after it was originally set to start but that's cool because it was beautiful. aNYWAY, he performs three songs (all ballads): "미안해 (i'm sorry)", "하루의 끝(the end of a day)" and "산하엽 (skeleton flower)". there's also some banter with his band and he talks a bit / reads a little bit from the book that he wrote. annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd... he dyed his hair.


there were actually subtitles on the live stream (probably another cause of the delay) but there aren't attached to the video above, not that it matters. he doesn't talk much before singing, and the general gist is like: the first part is him talking about how his band "hides" his book in high places from him from he gets to the segment when he reads from it, and he's going around trying to find it and joking around with the others.

when he sits down with the book, he does a little intro on it and basically says: "there are lyrics of my songs and it's a story of love, and i wanted to publish them by a book. to revitalize my love hormones..., i see my mother smiling bitterly (in the crowd). her song being single at this age..., i guess she has a lot to think about. but the story starts with a broken up couple." and something after that about how the "story" is about a boy who breaks up with a girl and starts to regret his decision when he sees her moving on from him which segways into the first song.

I'm so glad he's dyed his hair a bit darker. I was seriously SICK of the fried silver blonde but he looks great now.
I wish these concerts had happened when I was in SK tho :/
His relationship with his mom/sister is sooo cute. I live for his adorable interactions with family/friends/members/etc. I wonder why aside from Taemin, the other members have gone to Key's musical but not to Jjong's concerts tho

you're right! he did. i saw someone say that he said something about how it's a hard color to achieve when dying and that he possibly said something about "changing" his hair when describing it so i'm guessing the color's here to stay for a bit.

i was at this show and yall.... he was so amazing. SO AMAZING. imo the best performance was crazy, he had so much energy. (but i definitely died during hallelujah).

also i'm amazed at fansites and their ability to get great photos, because i saw jjong walk out to the car and it happened SO FAST

Jonghyun always sings with too much emotion to be true and while some find it annoying, I actually find it amazing how he can project his emotion into his voice that well. You can actually feel the energy flowing in his voice when he sings brighter, upbeat song, and the sadness when he sings ballad ;___;)

OMG The pic of him hugging his mom from behind is so precious, it's like he wants to show off; I love my Mom! She is amazing Mom! This woman is my Mom! Stay precious, Jjong Kim!
