You know what? Kids are assholes. I don't know anything about this guy, but he was, what, 11-12 at the time? The internet tells me he's 20 now. Seriously, if we were all judged by how we acted as preteens, we'd all be dubbed failures and assholes. That’s what growing up is for, learning what's right and wrong.
