On September 17, singer and actor Kim Hyun Joong will hold an emergency press conference to discuss the latest developments in his ongoing dispute with his ex-girlfriend over his alleged baby.
According to a report published by the Korean outlet Newsis, the 29-year-old star has called the press conference in order to reveal the official position of his side on his ex-lover and a recent DNA paternity test taken by the performer.
"On September 17, there will be an urgent press conference in connection with the controversy surrounding Kim Hyun Joong," said the legal representative for Kim, in a statement published by Newsis. "The results of the DNA test have yet to be determined. If paternity is correct and the child is indeed his, Kim Hyung Joong will add the child's name to his family register and will pay child support."
His former girlfriend, who is referred to as Ms. A or Miss Choi in Korean media, delivered her baby prior to the expected September 12 due date.
A spokesperson for her legal team provided a statement, reassuring audiences that both baby and mother were recuperating. "Mom and baby are healthy," said a lawyer on her team. "Both mother and child will be present for the October paternity suit."
The latest developments in the legal battle of "Boys Over Flower" and his ex-lover will now include the newborn baby. During their legal dispute, his ex-girlfriend filed a suit for psychological damages due to an alleged assault. She allegedly received approximately $512,058 USD or 600 million KRW.
Since the settlement was allegedly intended to prevent on-going litigation, Kim Hyun Joong previously announced that he will countersue his former girlfriend.
The former couple is scheduled to return to court on September 23. Meanwhile, the pop star is enlisted in active duty within the Korean military and is scheduled to be released in March 2017.

The new cast definitely looks more dramatic~, other than only Win went around doing the most and being extra (although Toei+Tar+Phu+that other guy were super fucked up 90% of the time and Sprite+Phai were always fucking up in some corner somewhere). If episode 1 is #MESSY I'll watch season 3.
Btw: Are you watching the Ugly Ducking series????!!!!! (where you the person who told me to watch them?) I'm starting Pity Girl tonight!

LMFAO @ Toei+Tar+Phu and i thin the other guy is thee? but they were truly a dramatic mess, i died when toei walked on phu and thee naked in their bunk.
yes i a the one who told you about ugly duckling and yet i never even watched it. is it good? i started watching frozen hormones which was incredibly boring at the start but somehow i just kept watching cause tar is just so extra and i luv him.
srsly ive been too busy digging for some good thai music (no luck) and havent even watched any thai dramas

Perfect Match was REALLY good, it had some flaws, but it was basically Hormones' #messy [for reals] but in a fluffy romcom package plus there's a ~moral of the story~. YOU NEED TO WATCH IT! [disclosure: there's some bad acting, corny writing, looks super low budget 99% of the time, but it's worth it]
One of the earliest otp scenes [SPOILERZZZZZZZZ] is the girl falling on top of the guy as he's "sleep" on the floor of his gf's room while said gf is in the bathroom, and then he hugs her in his "sleep". And your left sitting there scandalized because 2 minutes earlier him and his gf were the most lovey dovey perfect couple and now he's cheating but not really.
Basically you spend the whole show like this: *-* OoO ^-^ @~@
Until finally at the end it all~ makes sense (personally I predicted the ending from ep 3).

Date: 2015-09-17 03:31 pm (UTC)I kept watching his shows, because I really liked the stories (he picks great shows with really varying themes), but I kept wondering why he was getting so much work. He's pretty, but it seem excessive for him to have like 5+ dramas in one year, and then PM happened.
I finally see the light! I think he's really good at comedy, and playing up how hot~ he is, he'll be fine if he stays away from serious roles or slap-kiss (Roy Leh Sanae Rai 2014 was okay).
I finished ep 2, and I'm starting episode 3. I need her to not cry. It's like she doesn't even try. It think they're doing it for comedy, but it just comes off as bad acting.

I was thinking it wouldn't be too scary. I like thai horrors, their more about the story~ than just scaring to scare. I recommend: Pee Mak (2013), and I Miss U (best ending EVER, my sister and I still laugh about it to this day).
