SNSD's Taeyeon to release solo album in October, Tiffany in November & TTS in December

According to an inside source reporting to news outlet Sports Donga, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon and Tiffany are planning to release solo albums this year. Apparently, Taeyeon is already in the midst of preparing her solo album and Tiffany will soon be following suit.

As for the release dates, Taeyeon’s album is expected to be released first in October while Tiffany’s album is scheduled for November.

Meanwhile, Girls’ Generation will continue to promote “Lion Heart” in September. There’s even more good news as unit group TaeTiSeo is expected to make a comeback in December. SM Entertainment appears to be planning on promoting Taeyeon, Tiffany, and TaeTiSeo in one month intervals.

I can't at people thinking the rest of SNSD are being slighted. Sunny has her radio show, Hyoyeon just had her own show on OnStyle, Yuri's in talks for doing a drama and she's been on/hosted like 6 variety shows this year alone, Sooyoung's doing her fashion shoots and she co-hosted a show for like 2 years, and Yoona is rolling in CF money + acting.

tiff and taeyeon get a lot of cfs and photo shoots as well. radio shows/varieties aren't the same as a solo album. they are no where near the same amount of exposure. not to mention you get to call something your own as a singer/artist. i bet if you offer any idol a variety appearance vs a solo album >90% would want the solo album.
yes taeyeon and tiffany are solid choices and they will do well but it's obvious sm is playing favorites with the most popular members in this situation. yoona i get, she's busy and she's doing just fine with being an actress and she doesn't need help with popularity lol but the rest of snsd can be so much more than just variety pieces.

Realistically, it probably will. Yenny's album wasn't commercially successful but it was a great album because JYPE let her have full control and her musical knowledge was influenced by lots of things (living abroad, etc). I don't see SME giving full control and even if they did I don't know what kind of music influences her and if it would actually sound great...

I can see Taeyeon's solo album happening, just hope it isn't filled with boring ass ballads. As for Tiffany's solo gig, I think it's only her single with Zion.T, don't really see her having a whole album, not even a mini; TTS is expected but I didn't think it would be the same year of their comeback.

Add to this the rumored Japanese comeback for this year or the beginning of the next...Taeyeon's voice...
And my poor wallet...Orz
