i remember when kpop idols were all older than me and my age group was basically too fetus level to ever be in kpop world and now i feel the need to insert myself into a home for the elderly honestly how are people born in the 2000s real my soul hurts
Lol IKR?! I was born in 1990 and when I got into K-Pop most artists were older or the same age as me. The youngest was '93. Now we have '96 to '00 and I'm like "no stop no".
LOL we'll have to get used to all debuting idols being 95/96 and younger now. That's why I was surprised at DAY6 having 92-93ers. I thought that was old for rookies now lol.
i'm intrigued. feel bad for teen top and 100% tho. that one member looked like mark to me & some of the dance reminded me of other choreos (vixx and b.a.p came to mind).
im a v judgmental person so every time i hear of a new group debuting i'm always like "lol okay next" then i watch their mv and by the next day i know everything about them i honestly need help.
edit: is their name, aside from a pun, also alternatively a lame acronym because i just saw: Unbelievable Perfect 10 Teenager Idol Open Now. Someone please tell me I'm wrong and that they were just being poetic and it's not an actual thing.
yup, Up10tion is actually an acronym. they explained it in their pre debut reality show.. and i agree, it sound tacky and ridiculous.. (but, teen top & 100% were one of the worst kpop boygroup name.. so, top media had their history on it)
The concept reminds me of A-JAX ONE 4 U except with a much younger looking group of boys... and I miss A-JAX /a lot/ so I'd rather have a comeback from them.... but I'm intrigued
that kid crawling on the floor kinda looks like BAP Youngjae at certain angles and there's def an L-Joe doppelganger. I used to have to problems distinguishing idols but now...
