I haven't watched the performances yet, so I don't know, who was better and nor do I really care. I stopped watching after San-E's drama.

I'm just glad I get to see Hanhae performing again, after he got screwed over.

I'm glad Basick had an opportunity to redeem himself after that boring performance in what I think it was the 8th episode against Innovator. In fact, in the semifinals, Innovator's song is the only one I didn't like.

I haven't followed smtm or unpretty rapstar closely, but I need to get this off my chest. From what I've seen of korean "hip-hop", none of it seems genuine or authentic and I'm tired of it. I think I feel this way because I really feel like a lot of korean hip hop artists or rappers don't know or don't bother to research about the cultural origins of hip hop and rap. They just adopt the culture and music because they think it looks cool. Overall, I just feel like there's a lack of respect and a large amount of ignorance going on.

Hey, maybe I'm just taking it too seriously., but I'm just really tired of what I've seen of k hip hop.

Imao seeing bunch of those dudes in SMTM, at least most of them, together is like watching bevy of peacocks desperatly trying to feed of off their enormous egos lol I don't know if it's this show or just them , hell I don't even know almost anything about hh generally but it was quite funny experiance... Even taking into consideration how it's staged/scripted it's still really obvious how little of actuall core is here, like almost everybody even looks the same and it's gettin to the point who's louder/cuss more. Maybe I'm unfair here but it's just how, from super outsider position/not knowing much about people/scene, I see it.

Also Black Nut's ass should have NEVER been brought back the first time. That dude got the most favorable treatment the whole season just for ratings but he should have gotten dropped. Fuck him

The rightful person won SMTM and I'm happy about it. Maybe everyone will shut the fuck up about SMTM3 being rigged when Bobby put out solid material for the important parts of the show. I'll agree that bobby got helped into the team parts but he was solid after that.

Mino has his song with Taeyang as the gem of his whole thing and for ME personally I would have been okay with him winning after that. That being said Basick and Innovator were both solid throughout the course of the show and they deserved to be at the top. I'm fine with Mino getting runner up, because in truth everyone is going to remember him losing in the finals, and not innovator losing in the semis.

Overall if not for Blacknut this season was pretty solid. Mino had his huge slip up, and I think someone else said soemthing ignorant? (Actually I bet they all did, color me surprised if they didn't) But from a performance side they all brought it except black nut is garbage. MICRODOT AND DOK2 ALLBLACK COMEBACK!

I agree with you. Idk, nothing about Basick's performances throughout the whole show have wowed me. His performance with Gummy today was by far his best one but that's not saying much considering how forgettable his other performances were (besides Stand Up but let's not pretend it's not a Macklemore rip-off). Yes, that audience was biased as f. But I don't think Mino really needed this win like Basick needed it though (though apparently his apartment is pretty nice for someone who can't afford to support his family but who knows what the truth is). And at least this way Mino gets less hate.

Mino deserved to win, even if these weren't his best performances; the songs' production are freaking top notch. Basick... Well, he lived up to his name I guess. His performances were some cafe snoozefest. Not a fan.
I do think Mino losing was for the best. He's getting love from the public and all his songs are charting on Melon.
Microdot, Andup, Ja Mezz and Lil Boy were also good throughout the whole show.

I wonder who will Mnet bring next season to outdo the ratings this time. I heard this season was the most watched yet.
I think this show reached its peak(and probably UR's this upcoming season as well). The interest will go down just like Superstar K and Kpopstar.

Idk why I'm kinda bummed Mino lost when from the start I thought it'd be best if he placed 2nd or 3rd to show that he can do well but not get dragged for winning cause YG's company power. I hope he enjoyed collabing with his friends cause I don't think the company will let him do that again any time soon, though I hope I'm wrong on that.

I was so excited for this season but it was such a let down. I stopped watching it midseason -___- It was boring, nothing was fair, hanhae got robbed, they brought back Black Nut, innovator lost to Basick. Horrible.

Mino was in a lose-lose situation just by coming on the show like YG said though. Although this didn't turned out too bad for him. Everyone watching kept saying YG ruins the show and how it's all bias towards their artists. It's actually good that he lost now to show that the better rapper won. I like Basick since day 1, but I really could care less about the show and what it means to have won in the show. I'm really happy that Basick can now make a decent living as a rapper to support his family. He deserves it.
