Not sure about it hurting, I heard it does but that was years and years ago, I'm sure the tech/process would be better now? I want veneers too someday, I really only have one crooked tooth and I'd rather go for veneers to improve the overall appearance of my teeth than get braces since I'm already in my 20s.
