1. KHJ'S LAWYER DRAGS CHOI'S LAWYER MERE DAYS AFTER CHOI DROPS CHARGES AGAINST HIM

Kim Hyun-Joong’s lawyer Lee Jae Man was disappointed at how Ms. Choi’s defense attorney Sun Jong Moon handled the relationship issues involving their clients.

“If you denounce the other party’s legal representative, then you will receive disciplinary action from the lawyers’ association. That Lawyer Sun criticized the opposing party’s lawyer through press in an unprecedented act,” Lee told ‘Xports News’ through a phone call via a report by allkpop.

Lee also pointed out Miss Choi’s party was straying from the main problem and the way they were dealing the situation could be called “risk management.” He also said Choi and Sun are manipulating the media in order to dissimulate the real story.

Choi’s party previously sued Lee for libel, saying Kim and Lee were trying to swing the public’s feelings through portraying Choi as a gold digger and an extortionist. Sun claimed Lee was doing this through media interviews and press releases.

However, Choi cancelled their lawsuit against the other side since the fight was already getting unnecessary. Her camp released a statement saying they would no longer participate on them and focus on the legal battle between Kim and Choi, allkpop reported.

But this does not mean Choi’s camp would stay silent. They said they will respond to statements that are far from the truth, malicious, or speculated coming from Kim’s party in order to provide clarity.

Choi’s legal team also requested Kim and Lee to discontinue doing unnecessary press releases or interviews about the issue while the court decides on it.

Here’s to hoping that both sides will finally reach to an agreement.

2. FANS SPEAK OUT IN DEFENSE OF KHJ

A few fans of South Korean actor Kim Hyun Joong have shared their views about the ongoing dispute between the celeb and his ex-girlfriend Ms Choi.

While some described the 29-year-old star's former lover as a "blackmailer" and "gold digger", others blamed various media outlets for highlighting her side of the case.

"Yes, she is a gold digger. I mean come on at first it was he hit her and we got over it and then she got back to him and then pregnant and then he killed their baby. If she has a prove she had a miscarriage or if she is pregnant with Kim Hyun Joong's baby then show it. The way she is doing things now is wrong. I mean she is playing with Kim Hyun Joong," stated an admirer named Maryam Ateef.

She even said that Hyun Joong's true fans are still loyal to him and believe him. "He not a monster he is a father he won't hurt his kid let alone kill it!!Sorry but she has got lots of thing against her right now to prove she is a gold digger," Ateef added.

According to Teleri Ferch Nyfain, Choi could face jail time for blackmailing the celeb as the South Korean court "did not accept the text messages" submitted by her as evidence to prove her allegations.

Meanwhile, Ellean John blamed the media outlets and stated that "the women in South Korea turn too blackmailer and gold digger", mainly because media believes what they say.

The legal dispute between the actor and his former lover began in May 2014 after she filed an assault case against him.

Yes he has and they are blind. It is scary. They ignore all the confirmed info and believe the media play from his lawyers, no matter what they say they believe it. They think the texts are fake, that she isn't pregnant, and that poor KHJ is victim of a scam.

idk how people can even accuse ms choi of lying? her story is honestly the more believable one and she has a LOT of evidence to prove her statements while khj looks like he's only banking on the public sympathy. people kept on whining about how the girl makes everything public. well, maybe if you stop dragging her and slandering her every chance you get just to protect oppa, she won't have to. the girl has to release hard facts to the public so the public will believe her. she's unknown to the public while khj is very popular and has a great image. who do you think the public will side on if she doesn't show her proofs?

Im not surprised he still has delulu fans since in Canada we had some sick bastard murder and dismember his lover, post videos of the act, and ship his various body parts to different federal party offices and elementary schools and somehow still manage to get a small fanbase because he was a model and sexworker and had a decent face.
