the person that posted the photo on instagram (along with some other photos from the afterparty that were maybe reposts from weibo) locked their account but there were pressed replies from stans just fine. I've seen a few ppl ~cryptically~ ask to be dm-ed the picture so maybe it's a "protect oppa & don't share the photos" thing. some of the other photos they had that are clearly from the after party:
