1. KJH AND HIS AMAZINGLY SHAMELESS LAWYER CLAIM THAT CHOI AND A MEDIA OUTLET THREATENED THEM!

South Korean actor Kim Hyun Joong has released new details about the ongoing legal dispute between him and his ex-girlfriend Ms. Choi.

Joong's legal representative Lee Jae Man revealed that a media outlet tried to threaten the actor after his former lover handed over several personal documents to the organisation.

"A' told Kim Hyun Joong's agency Key East that they possessed the documents. 'A' deny that they threatened Kim Hyun Joong but he was told by his agency (Key East) that 'A' has documents related to Choi," said the defence attorney in an interview with MBN Star.

The legal representative even stated that Hyun Joong was worried about the media's possession of those documents. "After he learned [of this], he felt that he was being threatened and attempted to settle by giving 600 million KRW," uoted Jae Man as saying.

But a representative for Keyeast Entertainment revealed that the media outlet never threatened them but the company "just thought of it as routine coverage".

Clarifying the statement, Jae Man said, "Key East claims 'A' media outlet never threatened them, but Kim Hyun Joong concluded that what his agency told him held more credibility than what he heard from Choi."

The new revelations were made by Jae Man after Choi filed a lawsuit against her former lover and his defence attorney at Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Republic of Korea in Seoul.

"Through the suspects' biased assertions which were revealed through the media, the general public's sentiment recognises my client (Ms. Choi) as a 'gold-digger' and 'blackmailer,' and [Kim Hyun Joong] even finished filing criminal charges against my client for suspicions of blackmail, fraud, and the like on July 23 of last year," read the statement released by Choi's representative.

2.  A DROPS CHARGES AGAINST HIS LAWYER

Singer and actor Kim Hyun-joong's ex-girlfriend A decided to cancel the charges on his lawyer.

Sun and Partners Lawyer's Office announced on the 11th that A is cancelling the charges she made on Lee Jae-man and is hoping no unnecessary releases from media are made.

Sun and Partners said, "Kim Hyun-joong claimed there was no abuse, pregnancy or miscarriage. His legal attorney used the words 'threat', 'blackmail', 'fraud' and such words and made personal attacks on A. She denied claims made by Kim Hyun-joong via the text messages that were brought out as evidence and sued Kim and his lawyer for defamation. However, we found out there have been unnecessary releases from the media creating inside problems".

"We are just going to concentrate on the matter between Kim Hyun-joong and A. The case against the attorney is not priority and we are canceling charges made on him. A is also planning not to bring up useless issues. However, if Kim jumps to speculations and or claims false statements, we will ask for summons".

"The two people's statements disagree with each other. Everything will be left for the law to decide. The truth will come out through investigative and legal sources. We also ask Kim Hyun-joong to refrain from any unnecessary interviews with the media".

Meanwhile, A filed a case against Kim for 1.6 billion won. Kim then counter-filed another case against her for receiving 600 million in compensation and then leaking the secret to the press.

My thing about the 600 million won is that I always knew it was a payoff (even when he was having A talk bs about his apology~), but how can he AND his lawyer be so stupid as to not have her sign a non-disclosure?

Everyday he just seems even more ridiculous. A should sue KHJ's dad for slander and threatening to terminate her child.

Sounds to me like they are focusing their efforts on KHJ and not his Scumbag lawyers but reserve the right to go after the lawyers should they start some shit.
