Set to be launching their full-scale promotional activities for their comeback, Wonder Girls is confirmed to promote on Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook.
According to JYP Entertainment on July 31st, Wonder Girls will be filming for an episode for the program on August 4th. The episode, which is set to air on August 7th, will feature the group’s latest band concept and exclusive performances.
Revamping their concept as a band, the members are eager to showcase their skills and will perform on the program with their live instruments.
Wonder Girls are returning with the release of REBOOT on August 3rd and will be promoting the track, “I Feel You.”
The Wonder Girls members revealed why they chose Park Jin Young′s song I Feel You as their lead single.
Wonder Girls held a comeback showcase for third full-length album Reboot at the Hyundai Card Understage in Seoul′s Yongsan-gu on August 3, where they brought up Park Jin Young.
On why they chose Park Jin Young′s song as their lead single, Sunmi said, "Producer Park Jin Young let us hear the song while we were working on intstrumentals together. It′s a different track from what it originally felt like, but when we first heard it, it sounded really fresh. It was a sound you don′t here today, and I remember thinking ′This is a really good song′ as soon as I heard it."
Ye Eun said, "There are songs that give you goosebumps, and I Feel You was that kind of song. After we decided on I Feel You, we began working on it. If we were going to make a retro album from track one to 12, we resolved to create an album that really reflects the 1980s when we began making the album."
Meanwhile, Wonder Girls returned after three years on August 3 with the release of Reboot at noon. Lead single I Feel You topped eight music charts, including MelOn, Mnet, Bugs, Olleh Music, Soribada, Genie, Naver and Monkey3, within two hours of its release.
The Wonder Girls members composed and wrote the lyrics to all of the songs in the album with the exception of the lead single, showing off their talents as singer-songwriters. Wonder Girls′ new album is a reinterpretation of ′80s genres, including freestyle, retro pop and slow jams. Park Jin Young composed and wrote the lyrics to I Feel You. It is inspired by the freestyle music that came out of the Latin American community in New York in the ′80s, featuring synth instruments and a syncopated base rhythm.
The Wonder Girls members shared their thoughts on recent breakup rumors, saying "We didn′t think much of it."

Yubin said, "Wonder Girls breakup rumors have been talked about a lot in articles and by other people, but the four of us lived together. Because we talk to Sohee and Sunye all the time, we didn′t really feel it. We didn′t think much of it."
On the group′s time off, Yubin said "First, playing the drums is fun, so I spent the time just playing the drums. I barely watched TV, and just stayed in the basement. When it came to composing, I studied in order to make the album. I was busy learning how to play instruments and studying composing."

Wonder Girls opened up about returning as a band, saying "We were afraid to come back as a band."
Reborn as a four-member group with Ye Eun, Sunmi, Yubin and Hye Rim, the Wonder Girls held a showcase for third full-length album Reboot at the Hyundai Card Understage in Seoul′s Hannam-dong on August 3.
When asked if they felt burdened by returning as a band, Sunmi said, "I think what fans like seeing from the Wonder Girls is Wonder Girls dancing. When we decided to come out as a band, there was fear."
Sunmi continued, "The fears went away as we prepared the album. We were satisfied with the process of unraveling the members′ stories and feelings in the album. We all felt like we matured. Promoting as a band is scary, but even if the public thinks it′s strange, we don′t think we′ll have any regrets."
Ye Eun added, "We wondered if the public would like it if we came out as a band. But as you saw, we dance a litte and play instruments. We thought this kind of concept would be more approachable.
Wonder Girls performed the band style version of new song I Feel You. Yubin played the electronic drums and Ye Eun played the electronic keyboard. Hye Rim played the guitar and Sunmi played the bass, all the while dressed in sexy outfits, putting on a unique performance not yet seen from a girl group.
I Feel You is Park Jin Young′s creation. It is inspired by the freestyle music that came out of the Latin American community in New York in the ′80s, featuring synth instruments and a syncopated base rhythm.
The song ranked number one on MelOn, Mnet, Bugs, Olleh Music, Soribada, Genie, Naver and Monkey3 as soon as it was released at noon on August 3. With the exception of I Feel You, all of the tracks in Wonder Girls′ third album Reboot were composed and written by the members themselves.
Meanwhile, members Sunye and Sohee announced their formal withdrawal from the group on July 20. Wonder Girls has reinvented itself with four members Sunmi, Ye Eun, Yubin and Hye Rim.
Ah! I love them. Their showcase was wonderful. They look good. Played well live. Apparently they've hit their 11th hour of all-kill as I make this post! What is the record for the most consecutive all-kills, Omona? Also... somewhere in Seoul...
