Kyungran's acting skills had me totally fooled. Imo the game was in favor of the loyalists, especially with Dongmin being on the loyalists side. Do you think the rebels had a plan? Because at one point weren't Jungmoon, Kyungran and Yoohyun standing together and talking? For me the episode would have been more fun if the rebels tried to go against the loyalists as a group. What did you think about Jungmoon's betrayal? And Kyungran's cold shoulder at the end? And lastly, will you miss Yoohyun?

The loyalist has Dongmin, the rebels are as well as dead from the beginning.

It would be a total reversal if Dongmin was part of the rebel. It would make a much more interesting episode. Sometime I do hope that the producer intervene a little bit more, but people get a little too freak out about "scripted show" sometime.

Yeah, Dongmin is just too good in these kind of games :( It's admirable, but also makes it almost a hopeless game.

It's really hard for the rebels to win in this game once Jungmoon revealed the pattern/that much numbers. She basically played an individual game from the start to save herself. Like Kyungran, I was a bit turned off by the way she was desperately hanging on to Dongmin at the end. Kyungran had a great win, but I'm really disappointed to not see more of Yoohyun since he's a great competitive player.

yeah I was with Jungmoon when she betrayed them I mean I was okay but I didn't liked how she was so clingy with Dongmin like begging...........gurl.............she lost me there and like Kyungran said "it was that important to save yourself" I just hope she gets eliminates hell even Ahyoung brought more to the genius than Jungmoon she's just boring D:

Tbf, it was not like Kyungran wasn't doing the same thing...she begged Dongmin to talk with her. But yeah, it was definitely a win which left me uncomfortable :/

I really got the chills when Dongmin said "how about it Jungmoon?" I would have been jelly in that moment I don't blame her though for her "betrayal" but I mean what is people expecting of the genius? Flowers and rainbows? HAHAHA

But even I was thinking omg Kyungran is innocent, more or less but it was a big lol that Kyunghoon Sherlock's skills worked LMAO he's for me the biggest troll ever.
But this ep just showed that Dongmin's skills are out of this world he's really smart........I'm praying for Junseok for the next week

I was really starting to dislike Jungmoon by the end of this episode. I like Kyungran and Yoohyun a LOT and she just played totally selfishly and hung them out to dry. Not that the rebels had much of a chance even if they had worked together, though because damn, Dongmin was ON this episode. Kyungran's acting at the end was great, fooled me and Jinho and I think almost everyone else there except for Dogmin.

I actually thought Kyungran was a bit too much at the end. I can definitely understand why she was pissed off and Jungmoon shouldn't have stayed near her bowing and saying Sorry non-stop just seconds after their defeat. That just adds to ones annoyance.
But all the passive aggressive remarks at the end didn't sit well with me, in the end it's a game and I hope this will not carry onto the next episode.

Yoohyun had some great moments this season and impressed me more than last season. I really liked his ending statement too.

if this was two years ago, I would have said that everything >1% on cable is a hit...but now we have cable shows like Abnormal Summit or Three Meals A Day with 5% - 12 % ratings. Sure, those are the exceptions, but there is a steady rising of cable ratings in general.

So I would say that The Genius still is a solid hit for the network, but not a HIT. It's definitely an improvement to season 3 though, where the program peaked @ 1.87 %. And it has a very big online viewership, I looked it up on wikipedia and this ep had a 39% rating.
