There is a more official version on Taiwan Warner's Jpop/Kpop Channel here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyeJGov94zo), although yeah, only the audio is different. They didn't film them mouthing the chinese lyrics.

Man I hate Japanese remakes so much, always found them lazy (obviously the company, not the groups/soloists themselves) and so awkward to listen to. Was hoping they'd follow previous FNC people's steps and do original songs instead back when they first debuted in Japan.
(Edit: as meh as their Japanese lyrics up til now are, I admit I find the Kyun Kyun part VERY cute oop <3)
Also will never not get why they won't include the band when they're clearly more to Japan's liking (and, you know, need to be revived asap bc the band is still very much AOA)

i don't like this version of the song at all even though i like the song a lot. on the plus side, i now finally understand the 'plot' of the mv, so i guess this version is still good for something.
