Alive was a pretty good album - I loved Bad Boy, Fantastic Baby and Love Dust.
Love Song, Cafe and Tonight from the Tonight Album

Most of their Japanese songs are great but I recommend Tell Me Goodbye, Koe o Kikasete, Gara Gara Go! and Top of the World.

And all their older Korean stuff is amazing.

To add to what has already been recommended, Last Farewell is a lot of fun and their Japanese song Beautiful Hangover is also good. I went to their last concert in the US and they did some solo stuff as well so GD&TOP's High High, TOP's Doom Dada, and Seungri's Gotta Talk to You might also be good to show her. They're so good in concert, I'm sure you and your friend will have a lot of fun after you convince her to go!

For something older, How Gee and A Fools Only Tears are two jams for me that have lasted the test of time.

As someone new to them and actively trying to convert my friends to them? I'd recommend these coz they work if you're in the club/general dance focused pop: Bae Bae, Bad Boy, Blue, Bang Bang Bang (come on, it's a bop!), Love Song, Sober and Number 1 (which is mediocre but Taeyang's falsetto is worth the listen).
