Me neither tbh. I'd like to cut my carb content down a bit but I love me some grainy bread and sushi, man :/ like you said, props to him for avoiding rice in asia, that must be insanely difficult

It is hard... I live in Asia, where everything needs to be eaten with rice, and I did this no rice diet for a while and I had hard time to choose what I have to eat, because like it's not complete without rice!
But the diet was pretty successful, I lost around 3-4 kgs in 2 weeks.

yeah, taemin apparently twisted? his ankle during osaka. twisted or jarred. someone attending said it was during his danger performance on the first day - he apparently was kind of showing off and deciding to jump down a small flight of stairs onto a separating stage instead of walk down them and landed weird.

the repack situation is so... up in the air though because, despite both injuries, shinee still have: a group event / performance this week (which they're ambassadors for the thing so they can't really back out), they're scheduled for an inkigayo festival on the 8th, they have a concert in taiwan on the 16th and an event in tokyo on the 23rd. and, NOT ONLY THAT, but minho is listed as attending the idol sports thing on the 10th/11th.

It's me or he's always been a bit obsessed with weight? I personally couldn't cut out carbs completely either. I barely eat white carbs, but I eat the ones with whole grain. They're super healthy.

his looks in general i guess... he was picked on for his looks in realities, i always cringed.

Yeah, he's always been considered "the ugly member" and often picked on for his looks and for being "fat" when not really, he's just a naturally thick person, the same that for example Taemin is naturally skinny.

I actually hate white carbs except for pizza lol. White bread disgusts me. But carbs are neccesary anyway. I guess his diet is mostly proteins but that can be very dangerous for the kidneys and the liver.

it's amazing. a few years ago i was griping about how SM was sleeping on key's talents and look at all the stuff he has going on now. ;-; i'm happy that key has found his niche and is happy being his weird self on tv.

key's interviews are always an interesting read. but the vibe that i get from this interview is that sometime this year, key took ownership of his own career, like writing a proposal for key's know how and even making a ppt on their clothes for their concerts. in the past he seems to have let sm do the negotiating and deciding, and if sm chooses to focus on someone else or if someone else asks for the part, then that's it for key.

no shade to minho because minho did a great job and probably (enthusiastically) asked to be part of mirotic (and every other dance related thing like sm dance battles, sm the performance etc), but key did a fantastic job with mirotic. i hope sm starts to include him in more dance related things in the future. even though key isn't a dancer in the same sense that taemin or kai are, he performs choreography very well.

i do worry a little that he's spreading himself a bit too thin with all this new work.

i hesitated on listening to his song with axodus, but he sounds really good!

I agree on the dancing thing. Technically, he's not as good as Taemin or Kai indeed but he's still a great dancer imo. I'd love if SHINee's choreos included more Taekey duet dance breaks, they look great dancing together.

Yes. I think after SHINee's contract renewed this year he definitely have more freedom to do what he want as a condition for his renewal..
