Na Bongsun works as a sous chef. Because of her timid personality and low self-esteem, she doesn't have any friends. Since she was a child, she has been able to ghosts because of her shaman grandmother. One day, she becomes possessed by seductress ghost Shin Soonae.

Kang Sunwoo is a star chef. Na Bongsun has a secret crush on him. He is good looking and confident as a chef. Even though he is popular with women, he has yet to get over his ex-girlfriend. He begins to notice Na Bongsun after her sudden change.

this drama is so cute! it started off boring but im glad i stuck with it for awhile. bongsun's finally getting some character development. i think soonae's probably being considerate towards bongsun when she stepped out in that kiss? idk

and omg i hope police bro in law is just a psycho instead of some strong evil spirit bc how are they gonna deal with that, bring in suhbingo unnie? lmao.

This drama is the only drama I'm currently watching where waiting for an entire week for a new episode feels like torture. I love this drama so much. The chemistry between the 3 main leads is GREAT! The ending of episode 8 made my heart flutter. When Soon-Ae came out of Bongsun I shrieked! I wondered weather she was pushed out, or if she really became this caring person who lets Bongsun experience such a sweet moment. I wonder if Soon-ae will start falling for Sunwoo....sdjaskhdas...
The guy who plays Sunwoo is really good. ugh....

The way Sun Woo looked at Bong Sun in that ending scene of ep 8... Holy crap Jo Jung Suk must you be so damn swoonworthy?! I love him! (also yay for him getting to sing bc that would've been a waste of talent^^)

Park Bo Young and Kim Seul Gi are so great! I loved them before already but they're giving it their all here and I like it :)

I LOVE that Bong Sun and Soon Ae are starting to bond though I know that this will lead to a very broken heart of mine once we have to say goodbye to Soon Ae T_T

Cop BIL is weird and I have no idea anymore if he's possessed by an evil spirit or not...

I crack up every time Suhbingo + Sun Woo's mum are together bc they are such a fun pairing^^

So Hyung is starting to annoy me but she has no chance anyway because Sun Woo has fallen hard for Bong Sun already anyway.

I just fear that we're in for a lot of angst on all kinds of fronts from now on. I need lots of OTP scenes though! Like... LOTS of them xD

This drama is so good and PBY is slaying both roles! The chemistry between JJS and PBY is gr9 as well. I could not breathe at the end of ep8 wowowow so many feels everywherrrreee

Like other ppl were saying in past posts, I wish SA could've been less perverted, it would make me feel better abt the drama as a whole. But nonetheless I love this drama :')

Also can we talk abt what a DICK the bro-in-law is?! Ugh I really hope he's just a psychopath and not possessed bc I would be sad if they somehow excorcised him and then we'd just have a sad and confused bro-in-law :( I mean either way it'd be sad...

i watched all 8 episodes in one go and i love it so much, finally something fun to watch <3

i'm loving chef's tsundere ass, soon ae's pervert ways and bong sun being a ball of awkwardness.
i just hope they will catch that evil spirit asap... and that chef's friend had so much potential to be a nice chacater but they had to ruin it with turning her into confused clingy person.

also i think soo ae isn't dead, she's prolly in coma or something. or i'm just hoping... i mean she probably didn't had a funeral? but then if she turns into evil spirit than what happens to her body in coma?

I really think the brother in law is just bad, not possessed, and he is the one who did the hit and run and killed Soonae. I'm scared because he's showing an interest in Bongsun.
I wish there were more scenes with Bongsun and chef, because for now he's falling in love with Soonae and not Bongsun. Or are the writers being lazy and acting like they're the same person?

idg why people say that (that sunwoo is falling for soonae) when he was the happiest in ep 7 when it was all bongsun. he was so giddy in that ep around her (he even said that's the bongsun he likes the most). i think soonae just pushed them together a little bit, bc i think he was already interested in bongsun before but he was also frustrated by her. i don't think he handles that well soonae tbh. i think he's in love with the neutral bongsun, the one seen in ep 7 (not as meek as before, but just a nice, shy girl).

In that way, ia. I'm really bad at explaining myself lol I meant more in the writing aspect. Like they're making him spent a lot more time with Soonae (except for episode 7). Even though Soonae is too much for him is the one that made him "wake up". And we don't know much about their previous relationship, except for his interest in her blog, which he doesn't even know is hers. I want the writers to make more scenes when they're more impulsive with each other without having Soonae giving the push.
Edit: to say it in another way. For me when is Soonae inside her I see it as a completely different person. So pretty much for all the drama I practically only saw him with Bongsun in episode 7, and because pretty much we know nothing about their previous relationship, to me is like he fell in love in one episode (now he doesn't care about the other girl). And I wanted more of them together before him doubting between the girls. I think the writers are acting like the girls are interchangeable.

but i still think sunwoo just sees soonae as a hyper side of bongsun? and i don't think he'd be particularly broken up if he'd find out it never really existed. i do think they could have built it a bit better (soonae shouldn't have possessed her as much) but i also don't really see any qualms in it and i def don't think sunwoo fell in love with soonae. eventually he'll find out about the possession and maybe he'll get mad bc he was essentially tricked (bc of bongsun's bipolar disorder) but i don't think it would change how he feels about her

I feel like SW totally has a thing for how passive/demure BS is, and he definitely thinks they have a lot in common (probably thinks she was also bullied as a child). The only reason he likes SA/BS is because he thinks she's growing as a person and he wants to encourage that.

One of the plot wholes that I waiting to be fixed is how BS even got her job or why she's never been fired. Judging from how he reacted the last time he fired her, he has probably always had a soft spot for her and let's her get away with way too much lol

idk i think that was solved when bongsun messed up during the taping of the tv show and sohyang said they should use someone else and sunwoo said that he gives chances or smth like that.

I think overall he's a softy pretending to be Gordon Ramsay, but he does know what to do with BS because she makes him feel like he's judging for Masterchef Junior instead of Hell's Kitchen.

Thanks to everyone cooing about this drama, I watched all 8 episodes this weekend and now I"m annoyed that I'll have to wait until new episodes appear. grrrr

It's funny, the reasons why I didn't want to start this drama was the silly poster and the actress who plays Soon Ae.
I only know her as the screaming sleep deprived editor from Flower Boys Next Door and didn't think I could stand her but I find her endearing now. Where are you Episode 9????

i'm inclined to believe that soon ae left bong sun's body by choice--she seems to be more aware of bong sun as a person who incidentally has feelings for the guy she wants to sleep with. To me it seemed like she felt that that kiss wasn't hers

soon ae's getting better and better and she makes an effort to include bong sun in the goings on which is nice. I hope she soon realizes she's still there bc she was murdered! Slowly getting to know bong sun is great too
