Outfit is boring but it looks comfortable and airport appropriate, then again it's precisely the fact that her outfits aren't super flashy and try-hard what made me love her style, she wears the kind of stuff us normal people would actually dare to wear, yet she makes it look 10x better. Also, I love those shades and I'm super glad she looks happy.

Hahahahaha this so much, I'm SO tempted to buy a pair of her New York sunglasses because I seriously loved them, but I'm afraid to spend $250 for something I would probably end up breaking because I'm careless like that.

I got two pairs of sunglasses (I know…) and I love them both. I got the Paris in black and the New York in matte. They both feel really nice and sturdy, obviously I treat them with tons of care and love but they don't feel cheap or anything. Obviously it's not like I got a bargain but I don't feel ripped off or anything.

Something I noted is that the case for the older pair is a bit thicker and heavier/sturdier, but on the other hand the new case folds down more easily when it's not holding the glasses? So I can't tell if the change in materials is to cut cost or to actually improve the product, lol. I don't really feel a difference in quality in the glasses themselves, though.

The Paris in Black or Blush is what I'm considering buying. Good to hear they're actually well made? Sunglasses these days even on the high end are really going down in quality. Which pair do you prefer?

I just got the NY this week so I can't really say for sure yet, but I have a very slopey nose with no kind of glasses-holding power, and the NY stays on really well even on me. I walk a lot and sometimes I have to push the Paris up while I'm walking (this happens with my normal glasses as well so it's probably just my face).They don't feel like they're gonna fall off my face or anything, just kinda ride down a bit.

It's also hard to say cause I got them to kind of be extremes - I can wear the Paris when my outfit is a little more polished, and the NY when I'm dressed down. I tried to make sure that whatever I bought I wouldn't feel the need to go and buy a third anytime soon lol.

I've never owned any high end sunglasses before, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I'm just pleased to own sunglasses that don't feel like shit for once.

if you decide to get them you can do what i did and photoshop them on your face and see if it looks good. not a completely foolproof method but it gave me a good idea of what to get. It'll look silly as heck but that's okay, you're just looking at the shape.

i bought a pair of shanghai (blush) shades and i love them so much! i'm on holiday now and i wear them practically every minute of everyday, it's so easy to match and comfortably stays put on my nose throughout the day even when i sweat/ get oily around the nose. i can't say the same for my chanel shades (which i paid thrice the amount for... *nervous laughter*).
