Singer Jung Joon Young and SHINee’s Jonghyun are causing quite the stir online with their hilarious interaction.
On July 9, Jonghyun shared screen-captured images of a series of text messages sent back and forth with Jung Joon Young, with the caption, “A funny person….^^” on his personal Twitter account.

Jonghyun (JH): Yop. I can’t believe such a cool person has sent me a KaTalk (KakaoTalk)
JJY: So not too long ago, I saw an article about how Key stood in line to buy an Apple Watch. Do you have one? I filmed something for Apple so they gave me a few.
JH: I don’t have one. Hul.
JJY: Should I give you one? It’s red though, is that okay?
JH: Hul. Hyung. I love you.

s/n: joon young used aegyo when he told jonghyun to calm down by rounding his speech. jonghyun dropped honorifics when he called joon young “pangmae”. “pangmae” is short for “jok pang mae ya”, which was briefly popular as a fake swear word in korea a few years ago. apparently it’s supposed to mean “have you eaten yet?” in cantonese (although the translator cannot clarify because she cannot speak cantonese). jung joon young used this expression on superstar k, and ever since then his fans (especially on dc gallery) have been using “pangmae” as his nickname.
