Lee Si Young sues instigator of sex tape rumor

Lee Si-yeong claims the person in the sex tape isn't her.

"Section TV" reported news about the rumor going around about actress Lee Si-yeong.
A media reported, "There is a spot on the woman's chest in the footage but Lee Si-yeong doesn't have a spot. She's not the same person for many reasons".

Lee Si-yeong's attorney said, "Lee Si-yeong has been hurt in a way that will hurt any woman in the most humiliating way. Whoever started this can receive up to 7 years in prison and 50 million won in fines". "We plan on reinforce the charges for having the footage go around despite our official statement".

Meanwhile, rumors about Lee Si-yeong and a sex tape started going around and spreading incredibly fast. Lee Si-yeong and her legal authorities filed charges on the people who first started this mess




Actress Lee Si-yeong has spoken about the tabloid rumor insisting there is a private video of hers going around. She has said the rumor is groundless and will take stern measures against such rumors.

Lee Si-yeong's agency JWide Company has announced through the press release in the morning on June 30th, "Even though everything written in the tabloid is all false and groundless and has never been confirmed, the tabloid rumor is spreading without any filtering and being recycled and amplified. This has already damaged Lee Si-yeong's reputation seriously and inflicted wound upon her".

The agency continued "We express regrets over the false rumor and will take any and all measures including legal action to take stern response" and "Including the original spreader and all subjects who spread the groundless slanders and rumors, we will make our best efforts to stop any further damage".

Earlier on this day, rumors saying Lee Si-yeong's private video exists , her agency has prepared the video to threaten her and the prosecutors' office is currently investigating the matter have started spreading on SNS Lee Si-yeong is currently starring in OCN's "My Beautiful Bride".

going on a rant here but it's so horrific how women are treated in the aftermath of anything like this like sex tapes should even matter and people should dare concern themselves with that part of someone's life or god forbid feel they have the right to watch these videos

it just makes my blood run cold that people would take such footage and/or make it publicly available when they were trusted

i haven't heard of this women before but i hope things work out for her and that she'll be ok in her health and career, this should never have to affect anyone in the latter department whatever the circumstances

agreed completely. so often the comments on sex tapes and leaked nude pics are shaming the woman for having taken/being involved in such videos and pictures, when the vitriol and judgment should be aimed at whoever leaked the private pics/vids in the first place. revenge porn is 100% vile.

I can't believe this is happening to her. And who would do this and throw out her name?
What were they trying to accomplish, exactly? I hope they catch that person and give the maximum sentence because this is awful. Lee Si Young has been doing really well and her career has been steadily on the rise. This could have completely ruined her.
