Those outfits look 100 times better than 90% of their usual stage outfits. They seem to be trying extra hard to prove themselves after Jessica-gate, which makes me look forward to this comeback even more. Soshi had some of their best promotions back when they had something to prove.
I wish I had the time and the energy to give you all the youtube links, but I think I'm going to count on other (superior) SONEs to do that for you. I thought their performances were especially strong during the Into the New World (their debut song, when they had everything to prove), Genie and Hoot eras, and you can find those really easily on youtube. Gee is really popular but I hate it, and Run Devil Run is not that popular and the live performances not that great, but I love it anyway.

might be her back/waist, she's had some sort of pain or injury there since at least 2008 (i first noticed it on their mbc gayo daejun performance, she could barely move)
I wonder if Sunny's back is playing up again? I know she's not been the happiest lately, but usually her performance is a little better - that kind of lack of movement usually makes me think that she's in physical pain more than anything.

Well, she seemed a bit off in the MV teasers too, sooo... (I mean in Lion Heart they were all in sync/on point with their dancing, but she was doing the move too slow/lazily).
Dude, try since The Boys (although that could be attributed to her tiredness), but people only really started to notice during the IGAB comeback after her crazy hairstyles. It's pretty obvious now and I think it's a mix of things, both physical and emotional.
