Kim So Eun Sends Her Chuseok Greetings

Actress Kim So Eun sends her greetings as the Chuseok weekend approaches. Except for the recent lawsuit, Kim So Eun has completed an amazing half of the year.

She was part of KBS's "The Iron Empress" where she played the younger version of Chae Si Ra and that small role gave her a big start. She then snatched a part in Boys Over Flowers where she played the love interest of Kim Bum. With the success of that drama on KBS as well, she got involved with a third KBS drama titled, The Man Who Can't Get Married. Now that her latest project has ended, she is taking a break from her hectic schedule.

She said, "I've been exercising, reading and relaxing. 5 days ago, I got my driver's license! I'm so happy, it took me a month to get it."

She looked very beautiful and proper in her yellow and pink hanbok. The colors of the traditional dress were as bubbly as her personality. She mentioned that it has been some time since she's worn a hanbok. She mentioned, "When I wear hanbok, it's a bit awkward and uncomfortable. But I get to wear it for a special occasion, so it's nice."

Every year she goes to grandma's house in Daejeon, but her grandmother will be coming to Seoul this year. She grew up in her grandma's arms and was disappointed in herself that she could not visit her often because of her busy schedules. Kim So Eun mentioned that she is waiting patiently to see her grandmother.

She spoke of her family, "I barely have any girl family members, I have lots of guy family members. I always hung out with the guys eating sweet potato and all. I also did many chores for my grandma growing up such as making the fire. I love the countryside but the chores are hard!"

Kim So Eun says she can't believe how fast time flies. It doesn't feel real to her that her birthday is in a few months. She says after you reach the age of 20, time goes by twice as fast but she's happy she completed a goal by getting her driver's license. How about being in 3 tv shows in half a year? Isn't that a normal goal for an actress?

She finished by saying, "For the rest of the year, I want to learn to dance and learn some English. I am on break from school right now but I definitely want to return next year. I only have 3 months left in 2009, so I won't be doing anything exciting. I want to end this year on a good note."

Kim So Eun sure is a beauty in that hanbok. Hopefully school won't be the only thing she concentrates on next year.

What a beautiful girl...I hope she is cast in more dramas soon. I'm jealous of how cute she looks in that hanbok...those things are just not designed to look good on white girls with broad shoulders and big boobs. TT_________TT
