Sulli is leaving f(x)

[Herald Review Star=Reporter Park Joo Yeon] It has been confirmed as a fait accompli that Sulli is indeed leaving f(x).

According to several associates, Sulli will officially stop her activities as f(x) and prepare her career as an actress. She is leaving f(x), but will continue to belong to SM as her contract has not expired yet.

Hence f(x) will rearrange and prepare itself as a four-membered group of Krystal, Victoria, Luna, and Amber. It is assumed that they will begin their group activities around September after SNSD's comeback in July.

According to SportsDongA, SM Entertainment has stated that "We read the news that Sulli is leaving f(x). We're currently in the process of verification and will soon release an official statement on the matter."

could it be that sulli started this without sm's approval? the plot thickens.

According to SportsSeoul, SM Entertainment announced that "nothing has been decided" and that "Sulli's future group activities will carefully decided."

wish her best of luck with her acting. I always thought she was a decent child actress but I don't know if that carried through to adulthood

IMO it was obvious that SM was trying really hard to make Sulli stay in the group, especially because they wanted to avoid another withdrawal when they already had so many the past year, but as we can see it did not work.

Wouldn't be one bit shocked if this was true. She's been over the idol life since Hot Summer, and it's showed. The Choiza and netizen hate was the straw that broke the camels back.
