Flower had such a crazy and unique sound, TBH this doesn't feel like plagiarism to me.

This maybe reminds me a bit of Flower, once I hear them together like this, but otherwise I wouldn't have noticed.

I didn't think Flower sounded that much like Rhianna's Russian Roulette either.

The...cadence(?) or how the lines are sung are the same. Sistar's version is just slowed down a beat or two. The music however is different. It's not plagiarism.

As a music student, they use the same chord progressions which isn't uncommon in pop music (4 Chord Song anyone?) and have similar melodic direction. At the most it can make me go "yeah this song reminds me of that" but there's still many distinctions that set the 2 apart so I wouldn't consider it plagiarism.
And these are only the choruses - are everything else about the songs even similar? (I'm not interested enough to check them out and see for myself)
