Plot
Seung-Chan (Kim Soo-Hyun) decided to work at the entertainment division of KBS television network because of his secret crush on a KBS employee. On his his first day on the job, Seung-Chan goes through training, but has a difficult time with PD Ye-Jin (Kong Hyo-Jin). Ye-Jin is the producer of music program "Music Bank."

Seung-Chan is then devastated when he sees his secret crush and PD Joon-Mo (Cha Tae-Hyun) being affectionate towards each other. Joon-Mo is the producer of variety show "2 Days & 1 Night” and he is a long time friend of PD Ye-Jin.

PD Ye-Jin has been feeling sick since the morning, because of an incident with an expensive parked car. She tries to contact the owner of the parked car, but fails. Ye-Jin then argues with popular singer Cindy (IU) over her stage outfit.

PD Joon-Mo is also going through a hard time. He hears rumors that his show is going to be cancelled because of low ratings. After a long and hard day, PD Ye-Jin is finally able to track down the owner of the expensive car. Surprisingly, the owner of the expensive car is Seung-Chan.

I'm loving this drama! Kim Soo Hyun is so cute. Since this is ep 1/4 discussion I won't say much, but I love his interactions with Gong Hyo Jin.

I like Cindy in the drama, but I guess I would be an "anti" irl, lol.

still in love with this drama, even when they push the other couple (at least for now) and completely gave up on the mockumentary style from the begining. the office vibes and all the variety meta was amazing.

the pp can be annoying, but I don't mind if it means that we'll have a production with good cast and quality. the episodes could be shorter too...

I'm such a fool for gong hyo jin + cha tae hyun. I could watch a whole drama with them only. preferably locked in a house.

I'm in love with this drama too. It's hilarious after the first two episodes.
Kim soo hyun portrayed his character very well, his petty tricks was hilarious.
Cindy is the queen in this drama.
PD tak is clueless of certain things but is full of confidence.

This mockumentary style is really something new and is fresh to watch.

Seconding this... Cindy and Ye Jin together are the best. And the boys are idiots, from plain old refusal to freaking speak up (Joon Mo) to one-sided kissing (Seung Chan - seriously, he does not get a pass on the end of ep 10!)

Yeah, you really need to knuckle down and power through the first couple of episodes, but by episode 3 it's really finding its feet. There's some very interesting stuff on the darker side of idol life with IU's character Cindy and great performances all round. With episodes running well over an hour it's a bit of a slow burner, but it's a rewarding one.

I started watching this yesterday afternoon on dramafever and I'm cursing the fact that I'm jobless and don't want to shell out for Premium service at the moment.

I find it somewhat frustrating but equally cute.
Seung-chan being really dense and slow as well as a great athlete and educated makes me go back and forth.
For him to pine after someone he went to college with who barely remembers him - lame
Him hanging trash bags on Joon-mo's side mirrors - hysterical

I don't love Seung Chan but this is the first drama after Dream High where I've felt like Kim Soo Hyun is doing more than coasting as an actor.

Heeey for a drama I'm actually enjoying so much I don't even mind the hour and a half long episodes. And the only reason I noticed that was because someone pointed it out.

I'm on the everyone gets a pair ship, but the way things are going, I won't mind YeJin ending up with SeungChan, just because sometimes you miss your timing and people move on. Such is life. I still wanna be immature and fit all the couples together nicely, but I won't be angry or disappointed if that doesn't happen.

What I want most out of this though, is for Cindy to build relationships and a support system, cause that's her arc more than anything. SeungChan and YeJin are good friends to her and that just warm my cockles so much. ^ ^

I still need better development (or acting?) for Cindy, though I do like her very much and I hope she gets like...a personality or something. I love Seungchan but his puppy crush on the sunbae bores me a little lmao. I just want the PDs to be happy.

i thoroughly enjoyed the first few episodes, but when they started focusing too much on the love lines it got dreary for me. the cynic in me wants more dark humour poking fun at how messed up this industry really is.

at this point the only character i care about is cindy, i want her to shake off her bsc crush and find happiness on her own. that said, i think every actor/actress is doing an amazing job.

not a fan of their jackets choices (in general, not even cindy's ones) but her blouses and dresses are so cool and simple
my favorite was her look on ep. 5 that jeans dress looks so comfy
