smh: BAP vs. TS gets pushed back (again)

On June 11th, BAP went to court for their first trial session vs TS Entertainment. While many fans believed things were starting to finally move forward after BAP filed their lawsuit last November, Zelo tweeted (and then quickly deleted) the following:

"제출하지 못해 왜 당당하지 못한 어른들 또 미뤘네, 정말 너무 힘들게"

"Couldn't submit. Why can't these adults be confident. Pushed back again, really too hard."

This is so frustrating, I can't imagine how the boys feel about this. If TS is so convince BAP are lying and they did not do anything wrong, why can't they own up to their words and submit their defense? Also, does anyone know anything about Korean law? For instance, if the court makes a decision after the defendant asks for more time after a certain number of time?

at least SM is going to their trials and trying to come to an agreement. TS seems to be dragging this out so that when it's over nobody will remember them (except for loyal fans, of course). Then again, if TS is trying so hard to make them irrelevant, why not just let them go? either way BAP will have to start from the bottom again :/

They're probably hoping that either the fans are going to move on - thus destroying their fanbase and making it difficult for them to gain a following at a different label, or they're waiting for the resolve of the group to diminish and the boys to apologize and quietly return to the fold.
